Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Frederick McGuire

Aggressively Loungey
@Frederick McGuire I knew what I was getting into, but I don't necessarily have to like it. I am totally down for Chinese glass taking a while, but ordering from other vendors (CCG, lillixia/cngmen, hymanquartz) I've noticed that for most of them shipping promptly doesn't seem to be a problem. Might be that I have shifted from vapes mostly to concentrate that I don't find a ton of what Steven has on offer that enticing (though the devestator clone could get me to order again), don't get me wrong I love my fc710 and am looking forward to the donut.
Didn't mean to imply you had to like it :), just throwing my perspective out there.

Steven actually working with us and making designs we wanted has generated a massive amount of goodwill in my books :)
And given he is the exclusive source for a few pieces, shipping times are irrelevant to me...

Is there a version of the D022 with removable 2nd perc and mouthpiece?

Cleaning all parts would be a breeze if you could at least easily soak the ash catcher/ inline perc part.

I had a 45 degree, removable matrix perc downstem, with a j hook for the mouthpiece. If you just have to have that 2nd perc you could add a 90 degree ash catcher to it. Is this an idea you were looking for or no?

You planning to use it with dabs or flowers?
I bought it strictly for use with concentrates.

The FC-710 arrived in one piece today!

It is everything I have come to expect from a steven piece. It is symmetrical , very well made , no weird scratches or blemishes in the glass , in fact , it far exceed any expectations I had. I will say it is thinner than other steven pieces I have gotten but it is a lot smaller than all the other ones as well. if you ever held a toro it feels like the same thickness and comparable build quality.

In regard to function , all I can say is WOW! This piece truly is a must own if you are into concentrates. I thought I would have a hard time liking it since I always favored dragless percs with lots of diffusion such as the matrix , showerhead , etc... but I can definitely see this one being my daily driver. I also noticed that smaller dabs seem to have more affect than from other pieces or so it seems. I had to take a nap after my first session cause it felt liek i got hit by a freight train.

If you are into concentrates and dont own this peice yet do yourself a favor and order it right now, you will not regret it.The two areas where the FC-710 really shines and tops most other rigs is in the smoothness and flavor department. I have to say this thing packs a big punch in a little packages. A couple friends that usually cough even commented on how smooth it was and the fact that it didnt make them cough.

Thank you to everyone who bought this piece and posted about it , I wouldnt have bought it without your recommendations!

Man Steven is basically the worst vendor with regards to shipping in my experience. Ordered a 3mm male banger from hyman Quartz to go with my fc-donut as all the bangers I have currently are female and thinner. The banger was ordered a week after the donut and it just arrived in Canada while the donut finally left China today.

Just saying that costing more and having slower shipping definitely doesn't entice me to order from Steven too much.
I have a few Steven Pieces.

Just wait?

I order on the 11th and it's already on it's way!

By the way the FC187 with a Tornado A/C and a gong full of DEATHSTAR OG. 2rips thick!

Over and Out!

Hey guys, So i'm planning on getting a torus (stevens), was waiting for the 2nd version slit perc of his to be selling, but since i've come back i see some other are now doing torus's as well.

Anyone recommend which one is "best" for someone running theirs with an 18.8 (cloud EVO) in relation to size, function, and cost?

I will in return send positive thoughts to any lovely lad or lass that lends some knowledge.

That thing looks and functions like garbage. It seems like he can barely pull at all or he's getting a drink. I guess maybe the water level is to blame, but water level can't cure what an ugly monstrosity that thing is.
Liquidglassarts has been releasing some pieces with those "lattice" percs. But I believe they are made of many Jesus welds so this is a very skillfully made perc design. THAT being said I still think it's a pretty bad design overall. They should definately make a better recycler funnel because it looks like it is not able to recycle the full flow of water when ir first starts going and that is why you see water going up the mouthpiece. It has a lot of potential imo just not there yet.

wildything,
:hmm:
That's a tree not an inline...

I'm not quite sure I understand you...

So you want a design where it's basically the D022, but without the little tumor perc, instead switching that perc to being an ash catcher?

That's basically describing the devastator then, which I have been working on a design with Steven.
I actually just mean the way it exists on the d022, but with GonG connectors at both ends to make [the center unit] removable. The pic I supplied was just to illustrate that I mean it should attach via GonG joint on both ends.

So it would be modular (with the already genius removable main downstem) and you could add secondary percs as you see fit, or just skip them.

That was a lot of water at about 3 sec. I don't think that was "damn near"... ;)
Lol, yeah -- looked to me like he had a nice sip.

I'm not saying they aren't skilled, I'm saying this looks like it's barely functional (if at all), and that while it's interesting conceptually, it's not pretty. There's probably a version of this style that I would like, or at least be neutral about, but this particular example is not it.

Aaargh -The FC 1000 broke. First time I was cleaning it - it snapped at the neck!!

The only thing about the design that I was concerned about - Its weak point. I have sent Steven a Picture and will see what he says.

What a disappointment - I was enjoying it till then!

I bought this D022 Bubbler that I was going to use with my Enano. I thought I was getting the 18mm for a GonG attachment. I have the 18mm GonG for the Enano and as soon as I unboxed it I could tell the opening was way to big. I don't know a lot about Water Tools as I only have a couple other pieces.

I need some FCer to advise me. Help @ataxian if you are out there in FC land right now.

The D022 has a removable downstem - that long glass stem goes into the large opening. Your GonG goes into the top of that long stem

I don't know what I would do without all you guys helping me out all the time. They need to put directions with the watertools for us uneducated folks. I guess I should have watched some videos of it. I didn't realize that the long piece fit inside.

Just tried it without water - awesome. Thanks @Ratchett
