@kernal6500 since you have decided that the W9 Tech stuff isn't for you, I suggest you move on to another thread. Any further comments from you regarding your dissatisfaction or arguing with W9 will be considered company bashing and earn you a point.

Also I like the fact that you want our ceramic wicks to be used on the same atomizer thats based on our designs.

Kernal6500 did not bash the company at all. He is just pointing out his opinion plus he is true on spending a lot of dollars on w9tech. Giving him a point in ridiculous.

He was told that further posts would be seen as company-bashing, which it would be under our rules. Our rules also say:
  • Public discussions of staff decisions are not permitted on the site. If you have any concerns or queries relating to a staff decision please take it up in private with a staff member.
He broke that rule and got a warning point for it. Now you've done the same thing. Both of you should review the rules.

Happy to help @jsnstanley ! Thanks for your patience.

We have received the replacement wicks and have mailed them out or issued store credits to everyone I'm aware of who was missing a 1701 wick with their Alpha Centauri kits. I updated each support ticket regarding missing donut wicks with shipping information a few days ago; if you were missing a wick and haven't heard from me, please add a comment to your ticket so I can get your kit made whole.

Hopefully I didn't miss anyone :)

Is there a minimum version of the Persie that I should have in order to be able to run the AC at 7.4 Volts? I am using the Dual coil which has a resistance arround 1 ohm.
I hope I didn't get a Persei that is too old (2340 stamped on it).
The KISS Alpha Centauri has been tested to work on every generation of Persei, as long as good quality batteries are used. (I personally have two Version 1 units that both power it fine). If your Persei has experienced a failure, regardless of its generation, our repair department would be happy to take a look at it. Have you opened a support ticket regarding this issue?

Is it normal for 1701 to leak through the bottom..?
Nope... Only if it's over loaded, or you leave it hot (try some cool down draws to prevent leakage with any coils of the Alpha Centauri). Warm oil is always going to flow easily, and if there's an air hole at the bottom of your heating element, use common sense to maintain cleanliness.

pretty sure I use my common sense as often as any common situation. Kiss AC 1701 is not common to me so I'm asking.
Now can I dump the whole bottom adapter to my AC into ISO or should that be avoided and just wipe what's dirty with ISO?

So I been using the Kiss AC almost daily with dual coil 7.4 set up. Ready to try the 1701 now. I can use this ceramic donut at 7.4 or 3.7?

I was getting alot of leaking out of the neg lead hole on the kiss cart 1701 and the AC kiss 1701. I tried cool down draws, tighting the neg lead lock ring. Harder to notice it on the AC kiss becasue of the housing but on the Kiss Cart can see it forming after each use. @masaki Did yours look like this?
