@stska I bought one of those adapters thinking I was going to get an econodog and then changed for a standard. If you decide you'd like to try it, shoot me a pm and I'll send it to you. It's useless to me.
I really appreciate it! But, I am going to return the dimmer as the 10 ft extension is working quite nicely :).

Thanks again U'dette!

One happy cherry family made :)

@stska those are rad! I especially love the size on that big guy. Is it as big as a quart mason jar? Or am I judging the size of that jar wrong?

And of course you're welcome. The offer stands for anyone else who may need that adapter. Just pm me your address(as long as you're in the states) and I'll send it over, on me. Somebody should find a use for it.

This isnt something i plan to do right away.... But i been looking for a little buckeye wood dish, bowl or cup... Something i can put already ground herb in and set next to my dog.... something smaller than the dog...

Couldnt find anything that wasnt way too big...

But i got to thinking... If a person was to order a mini-dog, once the lifespan was used up.. Could the heater core be removed and the shell used alone, instead of having it repaired to function as a vape again ?? Or is the core permanently attached on the inside?

Just brainstorming... It looks like it would be the perfect size for what id want, and could possibly even be made to match LOL

I'm not sure if you have checked it out already, but Etsy.com may be just the place to find that wood dish.:worms:

Ahh thanks, I love the big guy too! He is about the size of a soda can..I think the mason jar is like half pint actually but I could be wrong. Have a family member who makes candles in these, so I was allowed to snag one.

Yessir! Thats the main place i looked actually. But most the stuff i seen is just as big as the UD or larger... Id like something around half its size.

I did find some wood shot glasses though, and they would probably be a good size... Not in buckeye, but im thinking it can be done :D

Anyone know the size, or more specifically the diameter, of the screens and stem used for the GonG stems?

With my cheap digital calipers the outside diameter of the bowl side on the glass 14mm GonG is .512"

The glass is roughly .06" thick.

Inside diameter is about .38"

The screen is roughly .37" at the bottom of the bowl shape.

Also take into account glass could vary a little from one stem to the next. Hope this helps!!

Thanks a lot man! Any idea about the size of the screen when flat?

Heya Dogs, happy Monday, hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend. We spent ours in Humboldt and it was pretty awesome. :brow:

The raw screens for the GonG stems start out 13/16" and are formed into their end shape and then trimmed. Because of the trimming they won't be a proper circle if flattened back out as some of you noticed.

We're working on finishing a handful of custom pieces and will then be working on refresh pieces which should hopefully be done by the end of the week. :peace:

This is by far my favorite set up when I use water.. Chandelier water tool from VaporBlunt with a ss tip. I will invest in a gong with ss tip soon! Been chugging along with life's obstacles, but that's what makes life. If life were a piece of cake, it would get boring.

Here's to new beginnings, with nothing but optimism for the future. Stay Golden Ponyboy!

Heya Dogs, still working working working on custom pieces and refresh pieces so haven't been spending much time on here.

Looks like we should have a refresh for the weekend though, I'm guessing around 20 Dogs and another handful of 'Vape Special' beech pieces like the last ones. Also working on a small batch of 'Vape Special' pieces in Teak that may be done for the weekend as well.. if not they'll be done next week and should be a good buy for those of you looking for a nautical style Dog to match your yacht.

Its a quiet day around here so ill share a couple of "funny" stories that my dog is responsible for...

So yesterday...I kept feeling like something was crawling on my foot... Look down and nothing... This went on for SEVERAL hours... At one point i even got a flashlight out and got down on hands and knees to check the floor for small, hard to see crawlies... Nothing....

Then after HOURS of confusion, thinking there was a small bug screwing with me, I finally realized it was the hair on my toes :lmao:

I moved a fan closer to my computer earlier yesterday, and now i get a good amount of wind... Had me confused for a WHILE though :D

I used my Old Boy and burnt the hairs off my toes... It was either that, move the fan back and be hot, or put the dog away.... Not a hard choice :haw:

One more.... A few nights back, real early in the morning time, i was sitting watching TV and just vaping stems back to back... I was feeling pretty great, but got lazy and didnt want to keep filling the stems over and over...

So i poured some ground bud into the mouthpiece side of the nylon direct draw stem....And then used a kebab skewer and pushed it all down to the SS stem part.... Now i got double the amount in the SS stem... Working great so far....

Next i put it in the dog and took a big hit.... YEP... Got a mouth full of ground bud :freak:

I immediately felt like an idiot.

What about you guys? Any "less than genius" moments that your dog is responsible for??
