Would an external usb battery, like the lipstick shaped models, power / recharge the GH? If so my carrying case will be a dual cigar holder to carry both and charge on the road too. I own a couple usb batteries and feel the use of a portable power supply has not been discussed thoroughly enough.

I have a holiday backer SS and currently do not have a GH charger though i am looking forward to having one soon, I've been using a tenergry charger and it charges two GH batteries just fine, I've never been unable to use my GH because of dead battery.

Also as a general update, two weeks in, my GH is still going strong and it's my go to vape

both having a portable charger and different stash things have been discussed more than once lol
the "stash light" seems like it'd be a little big, for me anyways, both overall size and stash size

Of the people who have their hoppers already, would you advise a coarser grind or a finer grind? I'm looking into investing in a grinder for when my grasshopper eventually arrives and was liking the MFLB Finishing Grinder. It supposedly produces the finest grind, and would like to hear if this would be recommended for the GH; thanks in advance.

Those with the most GH user experience have typically recommended a coarse grind rather than a very fine grind. I believe @BuzzDanklin recommends a Santa Cruz Shredder for this purpose. Myself, I'm going to try small, whole, unground nugs first.

as said above that might be too fine, wouldn't want too much getting through the screen since it isn't removable

I'm currently working on a stash and funnel solution. Just gotta figure out how to turn my drawn designs into 3d printed objects. I think you guys are gonna love it.

I also use a Santa Cruz shredder it works great, I also agree the coarser and fluffier is better for airflow etc. The screen isn't removable but you don't need to, the ABV just falls out no worries, super easy maintenance, I've even had total dust in there, this thing really doesn't care about grind or bowl pack, experiment and see what you like.

@BuzzDanklin have you tried hitting both the SS and Ti at the same time? I ordered one of each and can't wait to try it. The ultimate of Flavor Country.

I did:

I realize that as just a simple country lobbyist my opinions are oft suspected regardless the beauty of my pen so here's @BuzzDanklin EXACT SAME conclusions, he's a smart fella that Buzz

In short the Ti is the better connoisseur flavor experience in my opinion pin the sense you get more complex full flavor. The SS however is preferable if a. you don't have the extra $30 or b. you legitimately prefer the Vaping process to take longer i.e. you smoke cigarettes and like the "habit" because since it's slightly less "efficient" it's Vaping off terpene "slower" resulting in less complex flavors/rich hits bit longer lasting flavor.

I PREFER the Ti and am looking forward to getting one for real as I also got a Ti (Blue) as a regular backer in addition to holiday backing my SS. The unit I tried was a blue Ti and I believe pre-production as it did not have a serial number.

That said I'm sure I'll use my Ti more as the way I prefer to use the device is just a small pinch or two, rip through the bowl in 5-6 tap it out and get freshies, I figure why not since I've never had a device that is so efficient and effective with tiny amounts it's almost more wasteful imo to pack it full and waste flavor when you can have full complex flavors every single hit for the NOT-AT-ALL inconvenience of repacking.

Speaking of packing, like I said it's easy, cleaning is easy also easy, especially with just a pinch or two. If you pack it full I have found it gets stuck but you can just use the pen clip to poke it out.

Also if you take a pinch or two and take a few rips then pass out on the couch, the next day, even that will be stuck, my theory being even though it's being flashed convection vaporized, some oils remain in the bud and congeal as they cool down. In that likely event (really anytime you don't unpack it right away) simply crank it up to 5, take two hits or so and all the ABV will just fall out like normal.

EDIT: One more thing on packing it, I also like to keep it lose and fluffy as opposed to clumped and tight as it improves air flow to keep it loose

And whoever asked about an external charger I use the Tenergry 720

So, the clip is removable then? I thought I had seen it said that it wasn't but I would love it to be.
