Call again today... the person working my case doesn't start shift for another 4 hours! I ask the guy to read me the case notes. He says I'd rather have your case worker read them to you. WTF!

I agree, fuck FedEx. My company bought a new $40k laser and the FedEx guy couldn't be slowed down long enough to get the 1000 pound box off the loft gate without letting it drop about 5 inches. Its running but I'm still not positive it's unaffected by the fall. Fuck delivery drivers who give no fucks.

Fedex found my package and one was even nice enough to arrange delivery today. The package arrived... and I was like...
Then I opened up the package and was like...
It wasn't what I fucking ordered!!!!
