I just wanted to leave a post in here to say that vapornation hasn't treated me wrong in my experience. When i ordered my LSV, a rep called me to inform me they had run out of the standard silver one. I was already telling him "Well then i guess i want a refund", but quickly changed my tune when he informed me that vapornation would be willing to upgrade me for free.

Everything comes on time (For me), the points you build up help towards future purchases, and customer service is pretty good too.

I used the FC link to check out Vapornation. I'm flirting with the Crafty and see they adjusted their price with the new S&B price reduction ($339). Vapornation has a banner stating site wide 15% off sale (for another 4+ days). I entered the coupon code and...nothing. No price adjustment off the Crafty. I tried calling and having a live chat, but nobody's around (I guess it's too early). So I guess it's not really a site wide sale...:(:doh:

Im brand new to VaporNation, bought a Arizer Solo with the price match option...What lured me in was your July 4th promo because you had a cool ass 20percent discount going on, 2 1/2 days and 20 phone calls and emails later, my order is still processing and no assistance has been provided and i cant get a full refund because according to yur site have to cancel within 24hrs, but theres no info on HOW TO CANCEL ORDERS! All in all im pissed, hopefully i get a response here

I apologize for the issues you've encountered with us in the past.

While we do offer RUSH processing, which ensures orders placed before 12PM ship out the same business day, it generally takes us between 2-5 business days to ship out orders that have selected our standard free shipping option. As far as not being able to reach one of representatives for 2 1/2 days, I apologize for this as well. I'm thinking this may be due to the fact that we are out of the office on weekends. We do our best to respond to all customer phone calls, emails and help desk tickets in a timely manner.

While we do our best to serve our customers needs and requests, we do need to abide by the policies we have in place. That being said, we'll always do whatever we can to find a way to ensure our customers walk way satisfied from their experience shopping with us.

I'm hoping this issue was resolved. If not, please reach back out and we'll certainty do everything in our power to ensure your next experience with us is a positive one.

Ordered an lsv on may 22nd with rush processing, didnt get shipped (still hasn't) and after a talk with the live chat it turns out i need to verify my address (address on card and shipping address were different). Never got an email or any indication that i had to do this at all, this being the first time ive ever run into a problem like this. Incredibly inconvenient and i dont think i want to buy anything from there again.

edit: to clarify, yes i know that it says i may have to verify the address. However, there was nothing written as to how i was to go about this as well as no indication that it was necessary in my case.

I'd be happy to offer to refund you the cost of RUSH processing back in customer rewards points with us, as well as an additional 100 points.

Just almost tackled my mailman and got the Volcano today. :razz::razz::razz::razz:

I couldn't be happier. I just took my first rip off of it and man... it truly is the Ferrari of vaporizers. I've been combusting for far far too long. That was the first rip in a long time that I got all of and didn't hurt my lungs.

I love all the freebies you guys threw in. Having a bag to carrying this beast around in will probably get me laid constantly. And the Smoke Buddy you guys tossed in is awesome too.
