Anyhoo... on my bike ride just now, I did find a notice that I have a package to sign for. Gotta wait until monday to find out what it is, but unless my new kindle came early (highly doubtful as I haven't heard from amazon either), I have no idea what package I could be expecting that would need a signature.

Hmm..i dont think that would make any sense because what if you moved around and didnt update them and they never updated you asking about a new addy or to confirm it?

They would be sending it off to god knows who..thats why all the emails are being sent out to confirm
So it cant be the hopper :(

Sorry, but one person stating that they are "bummed", but understand that Trevor has not emailed them back; and three other people simply posting their backer dates, and saying they have not received confirmation..... is whining in what way EXACTLY please? The only "whining" that seems to be happening is coming from the one complaining about the whining.... that hasn't actually happened.

@grokit - If GHL sent you a signature required package with no warning or addy verification, well, I would find that hard to wrap my head around. Fantastic that you would be getting your well deserved vape though. I wish now I had funded this project instead of Evoke . . .

That is what a shipping poll thread is. There is nothing to talk about because nobody has the vaporizer yet.

@t-dub is right - need to stay respectful.;)

The Imag is on sale at Puffiup for $55 if anybody needs a holdover vaporizer or a back up. Look through the Imag thread for the code. It's on the last few pages.

It's probably just the $15 mosquito net I'm expecting from china. Sometimes they have you sign for that kind of thing, but there was no tracking so who knows. Hopefully if it's not my grasshopper it's my popsicle molds, here unbelievably fast. The mosquitoes actually aren't too bad this year. Hopping for the hopper :)

Lol, that wasn't what I was referring to...I was explaining what the other guy was talking about...which was the hundreds of similar posts that have been made on fc about the GH.

I actually don't care if people whine though, was just pointing out the obvious.

I'm just sick and tired of people getting jumped on for saying that they have not received responses to emails that they have every right to expect responses to. GHL took our money for a product that was supposed to be finished when we backed them. Almost 20 months after it was supposed to ship, and people are allowed to have questions and concerns WITHOUT those concerns being called "whining". Whining serves no purpose, and is just noise for the sake of noise... such as someone calling other people names for raising valid concerns. I keep seeing this over and over again on the various websites covering the GH situation - people raise actual issues about the GH team, and others come running to defend them... while ignoring the fact that these people DESERVE answers to their questions. How they can have money and time to move across the country, rent a production facility a year and a half before they need a space that size, redesign a product that was allegedly ready for production, and live almost twenty months in a new city while working on this project; yet they do NOT have time or money to bring in an intern or GH fanboy/girl to answer emails for them, is frankly beyond me. I really do wish them the best, and still have not cancelled my order or anything; but people blindly supporting ANYTHING in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary pisses me off. These guys are working to bring a product to market for PROFIT, and it is taking them FAR longer to do so than they lead anyone to believe it POSSIBLY could. They are not saints or super geniuses incapable of falibility.... they are two young guys who, so far, have made a lot of promises that they have not kept. Fortunately they also seem to have an amazing product, and it seems (with a few exceptions) to exceed the expectations of those who have actually received one. All I am saying is be REALISTIC when you are defending these guys, or when you are attacking people who have issues with the very crappy way that they have handled the shipping/production/communication aspect of running the business that WE helped them create.

And people can bitch...but don't be surprised when others complain about the bitching. Like I said. I don't care either way...now my turn to whine...I want my GH, damnit!

As @t-dub pointed out, the comments about other people's posts must stop. Report bad behaviour and don't attempt to deal with it yourself. If it's not against the rules then either send a PM or ignore it.

Don't make general accusations, such as accusing people of whining. That only upsets people and encourages responses in kind. Your post should be about the Grasshopper and shipping dates, not what things other people are saying that tick you off.
