I have bought wood blanks for knife scales from a few places in the past... NONE of which had any sort of conversation with me, none cared what happened to the wood once they got their money, not a single one was excited about the outcome and looked forward to seeing the end results....

To me these things mean worlds. It shows you care, your not just after the money, you are truly invested in your business and care about the wood you sell and the customers you work with.
