I wasn't sure if i should post these here or the shipping thread but I figured since it is actually in my hand here you go! I'll have plenty more photos and video to come this thing got me way more high than I expected and it totally shows in my voice in the video haha. I really did not expect it to perform THIS well. With that said I think the mouthpiece for me gets to hot without the silicon piece. But with it it is no problem. The heat off of it is comparable to my air but honestly i think the hopper tastes better.

I did have a little off gasing but it was gone fast and ran 4 empty bowls at high temp to burn off any remaining oils. This is something I have had to do for every vape i have owned.

I will be postong plenty more as time moves along.

Of course it's for here! Another wild Hopper! Congrats dude!

Ha so it seems like you're using it like you would the Air, as a session vape, vs taking a hit here and there (and got extra ripped as a result)? How's battery treating you in that style?

Man, not liking how short the leather case is either and already kicking myself for ordering one. Maybe i could email Trevor about it?
looks like it's not totally in all the way. The pics of it in the case on the grasshopper site definitely show it much more contained within the case, with only the button sticking out. I agree it'd be better if it was completely covered/enveloped, but i don't think it's as bad as shown in that pic.

I see no video.

I hope someone will be able to compare the SS to the titanium. IMO 135 is a sweet spot, it would be nice to know how much better the titanium is and if its worth the extra $$$

This is what it looks like fully in the grasshopper leather case:

It's not bad by any means - I just prefer the other one I've been using since it covers the button.

Well i know battery a lasted through 4 burn offs at full tenp till it idled off. Then 2.5 bowls. 1 at 3 full bowl. 1 pinch at 3.5 then 4 then 4.6? Then my lights started flashing and I wasn't sure what it was then realised it was the time to charge lights. Tried charging and using but battery was completely depleted so i put in my spare and then 1 more full pack at 2 2.5 3.5 4.5 4.9 and that ine was mostly through water.

The actual charging lights are really spaced out i didnt think i had a good connection at first because of how far apart the blinks were. I think the batteries take a little over an hour to charge I can give a more acurate bow count on my next full battery without the burnoffs.

I have not posted it yet i plan to speed through the sections where i had to do a burnoff and my camera stopped recording momentarily so i have to plop those together.

I feel like their intentions with the leather sleeve was to make it a specific length so the metal pen clip would fit over the sleeve nicely.

Glad to see everyone is really loving the vape though!

i stand corrected, that does look like it sticks out too far for my taste. It doesn't prevent accidental metal-on-metal contact on the back end either. Ah well. I might try that metal cigar tube idea. Or one of those livescribe smartpen cases.

It can't be used if battery is dead, needs to get to like 20% prob first

Wtf thats messed up..i and im sure everyone else was under the impression that it would work once its dead you plug it in and it would turn on and charge just like a dead cell phone

Eh not really, most other vapes work the same way. True pass through power is uncommon. At least the Hopper charges vey quick, shouldn't take but a few minutes to have enough charge to use again... Also replaceable batteries

So question for the owners...now that you've had your GrassHopper™ for a bit and have charged it several times - do the 2 charge cables that connect to the ring seem to be of good quality? I've wondered this since the first video when it was the ZenPen.
Kinda like the cable on the old wide iPhone chargers (and new ones for that matter) ... every one I had ended up splitting.

+1 I believe it was never said or implied that it could be used without a battery(or a fully dead one) just that it can be used while charging... which it can, just not right away with a dead battery. Like stated above, the charge time is very quick for a full charge and if you can't wait the hour, it should take very long at all to get to a useable battery capacity... (good test to do @midgetsanchez @TheVapeStation... how long does it take while charging from dead to be able to use again while charging)

Seriously it took just over an hour. Like an hour and 5 minutes maybe.

They definately feel sturdy. And it feels well connected to the ring ,even though i wouldn't do it like most electronic cables, I was able to pull it off the pen by the cable. The magnets are quite strong and connect really nice. The actual cables also dont feel cheap and feel thicker than the cable from my air. Not 100% i have to do a comparison photo soon.

It doesnt take long maybe 10 minutes i can actually time it the next time my battery dies.

at 35 dollars for a replacement, they better be some of the sturdiest cords available, I hope
35 dollars? Wow that is steep. I uhhh can not comment wether I think it is worth that much or not honestly. 20 maybe but 35 is alot only time will really tell on that end.
