That was directly from S&B. I sent it in for repair and I asked about the details of the firmware update. It could be false, I haven't lulled out a stopwatch to time it

Man I wish mine was coming today. I'm stuck without any vaporizer until my mighty turns up. I'm prob looking at Tuesday for mine. My current vaporizer died in a firey heat rage yesterday evening and although I get next day delivery from vapefiend I doubt if it will go out until Monday. I'm getting close to thinking about having to smoke. I'm cfimbing the walls without any medication.

I would get a peice of duct tape and my credit card...

go to my LHS and buy a vaporgenie.

Fortunately I never been in a vape-less situation since I said 'fuck combustion' but I do recall a couple times when I was new to vaping, putting a car lighter up to my straight shooter and getting decent vapor hits

some times, I even prefer a vaporgenie session over a mighty session

I wanted the new firmware an new housing I kept asking my local shop how long ago did they get it in. Never answered me back so I got straight from storz an bickel themselves. Hopefully I get the newest version.



By the way on the vehicle for delivery today just got the update hell yea. I am stalking my front door like a psycho Haha. Then the MiniVap vs mighty will begin I will have both

Wish I could. Head shops here in England tend to only sell overpriced rolling papers, overpriced acrilyc bongs, overpriced seeds and questionable packets of powder from china that kids seem to be dropping dead from on a weekly basis.

I did make a vaporizer abpout 15 years ago with a soldering iron, an upturned flowerpot, a jam jar and a dimmer switch.
Never worked too well though.
It's only been a couple of months since I quit the smoking (I had part of my lung chopped out and told that smoking isn't an option anymore.) But I don't think I'll be stupid enough to smoke any this weekend. I don't even have any buddies with vaporizers I could meet up with.
I can see why alot of people here have multiple vaporizers when my bank balance recovers I may have to invest in a backup.

Sorry to hear that man! But yea having at least one back up is essential. You might want to look into a flame powered vape or a flight box as a back up...might not be the mighty, but it will be mighty better than smoking!

got a glass stem for my mighty cu. holy crap is this sweet. I'm sipping at 356. It's narrow, creates a drop of resistance, but I think I like that - seems to give me control of the hit. It's longer than the regular stem (seems a bit over 2 inches). It feels like a really great AA. Hope it winds up as efficient. I packed this first bowl real light (.1).

imo that´s not true - mighty will definitely slide around and that can cause damage on plastic. Without foam mighty shakes and bumps in 1040 pelicase - its better to use a foam and hold/store mighty in case without any move. Case should absorb harder hits better with foam:uhoh:

Have you tried your mighty with water yet? Another worthwhile experience. I like to use a dhgate fc-187, And @Ratchett 's wpa. The mighty really shows its talents with a good set up. Huge clouds.

I just ordered ratchett's 14mm adapter for the might. I have zero idea about what I'm doing with water. Have no idea what a dhgate fc-187 is, but really want to know :) .
If @Ratchett is reading this thread, please advise what simple water set up I could use with Mighty and 14mm adapters I purchased.

There aren't many 14mm female options on DHgate, although I do hear my 14mm adapter does work in the free 18mm male-2-male they include with many glass pieces on dhgate.

I'd start with something like the infamous D020, but that's an 18mm...... Don't have time right now to look around for 14mm female pieces on dhgate, maybe someone else has a few favorites

Coolio, go to the cheap glass thread here on FC to learn more. Dhgate is a Chinese web sight where you can buy cheap Chinese knockoff glass works. It's kind of clunky to buy from them, and delivery can take a month, but you get a pipe very cheap. I'd start with the thread, and look at what everyone bought and their reviews.

I have a fc-711 with a 14mm fitting, but I like the fc-187 much more and it's 18mm, but I bought both size wpa's. The fc-711 works alright but the internal glass is not centered, but it was only $52 delivered. The FC-187 was $42.

The Mighty is probably my favorite portable if you don't account for size. I really love this unit and find myself using it very often. A photo I took with the Mighty the other day:

I just purchased a unit from the S&B site on 2pm Friday, it's Saturday and I havn't gotten a tracking number yet, totally normal? or should I send them an email to be on the safe side?

You should get it by Tuesday. Next day if ordered by 9am on a business day. I ordered on a Sunday and got it tuesday as well. If it helps, it's worth the wait, lol.
