If i remember correctly hyundai back in 2003+ ish era in the u.s was offering a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty on their cars (one of the longest warranties of the time) because of how unreliable they were precieved by the public because of their previous shitty cars. Guess what? That shit worked extremely well for them and look at them now.
I have a 2001 Hyundai and it has 180 some thousand miles, and it is still going strong haha

...a blast from the past. Growing up in the NY Metro area, we were inundated with Crazy Eddie commercials for years. Some of them were pretty funny...even if the guy was a fucking crook!

So what excuses have we come up with when someone wants to borrow our "pen"?

"The ink ran out and Im about to change the cartridge. Let me get you another pen."

"This is a beta stylus that works with...."

"Sorry it's a videocam."

"Sure, but be careful it's tactical. If you click it twice and the lights come on, the self-destruct sequence has been set."

"Actually it doesn't do shatter or crumbles."

"It uses ink that stays invisible for 30 days."

I know this is a bit off topic, but in case you didn't realize, people don't generally smoke crawfish, they boil them....

Very off topic, but yes I'm aware that the more common preparation of Crawfish is boiling however smoking them (as in to eat not inhale) is not uncommon. Also pretty sure the specific references to colloquial term of art for ABV and the speech about national cannabis policy was fairly clear, if you followed the news stories after that vote (an amendment to prevent the DOJ from interfering with state legalization laws failed by only 12 votes, the MMJ passed by 32 or so), you would know that it not only sparked an important debate about cannabis law but also the correct preparation of and season of the year for Crawfish and that the subsequent #LetThemEatCrawfish is an allusion to "Let them eat cake" implying somehow that any Congressman that votes against cannabis law is a modern day Marie Antoinette who likewise never actually said those words but its easy to see why people think you don't care about them #Rhetoric. I would like to have a huge Crawfish boil at my place when that amendment finally passes which apparently I have to hope for September to get them shipped fresh to Boulder, a tight fit calendarwise for Congress to pass a budget in September right before the October deadline but c'mob I'm talking about a killer crawfish boil, might be worth it!
