try just a foot long tube off the stock stem. it hits killer. I get a much better draw when using the tubing over just sticking the stem in the bong attached to the zap. Like that zap video on youtube, you can stick your 2nd stem in backwards in the bong end of the tube and use the zap stem as a bong downstem

Same here with the PD. I can get as big of a hit as my lungs can possibly handle, and more, without the added surface area of additional tubing for condensation to build up on.

I'll be picking up more glass early next week. As I said earlier, almost all glass sales are clear Tootys. We do sell a colored one now and then. I just call the glass man and have him add a colored or two to the weeks order whenever we get a colored Tooty order. Smoking, maybe let me know what color you want and I will pick it up when I go over this coming week.
Thanks again to all for helping answer the many questions that come up here on this thread. We have been away from FC and related stuff for a few days. Been a very intense winter already in many ways and we are just starting December. 20 today with sun out and grandkids sledding everywhere. Much fun.

Rick, can your glass guy do fully worked tootys? Like with lots of color, inside out, color changing, all that good stuff?

Ya I used to collect glass back in the combusting days...I've spent the last year cleaning out old pipes and giving them to combusting friends as bday gifts or just to be nice (and selling some to people who piss me off). I would LOVE to have a sick inside out fully worked custom tooty. I just never really dug the tooty fruitys because they were rather plain IMO but compared to most of the crazy glass pieces I used to have alot of things can look plain.

shot him a e-reminder at the site. i believe i seen a few custom glass stems for woodeez a while back. they were nice.

did u not hav aromazap information jo?Simply put a very small amount of tobaky in the brass tip of the vaporinzin stem/tooty, pak litely, insert stem tip intu the base unit && draw on the white end of stem. aromazap allows warm air to pass thru tabaky, delivers only vapor to u????enjoy??????ok??????????

Haha, thank you, but I know that much. >< What I was referring to was the tooty glass piece itself. It wouldn't go into a stem and it had no screen. Figured out that I had to put one of the brass tips in the brass tip in the tooty.
EDIT: I was wrong, that didn't work.

Im not talking about your standard color tooty. What I want should cost about double what a tooty fruity costs :)

I want it worked with custom colors and stuff.....like the glass I use to have :)

Im in no hurry either...

:lol: okay guys, then I think unless Rick's glass guy is willing to take custom orders, you might be out of luck. I have purchased two stems from Cleardome in the past. These are more figured glass. Mine fit my Zap, snugly. However, the ob bought one for his Zap and it did not. It's a gamble.

Maybe an alternative to getting a really worked stem would be to get a bubbler or similar. That would give you the option of getting it as worked as you want.

So now the bad news for some. No custom glass Tooties. Tim might be into doing something like that but I do not want to be in the middle. If you want fancy, trippy, or whatever you want to call it(glass), I am not your guy. Simple Simon here, over and out.
You might try Tim directly as he can do the Tooty end for an insert properly. I will bond an insert in the end and supply removable tips but that's it. Here is his website. http://glassgods.com/Home.html

Actually, I just had the best idea for a tooty.....and if i can make it happen you all will go bananas

Hey, I've been using my zap for about 4 months now and I just learned about internal charring. I have just recently read about it in another thread on FC (http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=3672). I just have some questions for everyone that hopefully some of you could answer. How fast does charing take place? How harmful is it to your health (I've heard it is carcinogenic)? How can I prevent charring on my zap?

My MZ of several months. I added a few subtle curves on the base and I curved the top just a bit more with the sandpaper grit that Rick recommended. I also made the LED light more recessed. I think it looks perfect now. ...I think the photos turned out well too. :D

Thanks Rick for making a vaporizer with such class and aesthetic beauty.

I even admire the quality of the stems. They are made of strong, smooth nylon that have a warm glow to them under light. The golden brass, aged and slightly darkened by cannabis oil, supplements its radiant hue quite nicely.

The MyrtleZap is a very beautiful vaporizer.

Have you ever enjoyed the warm glow of a fireplace? Well you problably ingested more charred wood then you ever will with a log vape. Enjoy. :)
