No. not supposed to have hole in the middle. Just the holes where the terminals poke through and two on the side. But yeah big time leaker, terrible design, ineffective vaporization. Also The wick based coils are all at the top of the dish. This can never work.

How do these products get such great reviews I don't get it. I think everyone is just goin for the coupons and free stuff
I dont have a lot of experience with attys outside of terra but out of my 6 all worked when tested. I dont know if all are good in actual use though because ive been on the first one for close to a month. I used the dual whick and it got me ripped but taste burnt. Other than that i dong know what else to say. I think if you dont like them youve made your point multiple times. But dont start accusing people of shilling. Your posts seem just as unlikely as glowing reviews that had no problems.

As @MuushuPork points out, you are in peril of getting a warning point for bashing the Source and implying that anyone who gets one is only after the "free stuff" (because when a product is crap, giving it away free makes everyone want it I guess? :shrug:). You have described your problems, and under our rules you have had your shot. Please move on.

For the record, I own a Source. It works quite well and does not have any of the problems you describe.

I will admit that a couple of the attys do have quality controll issues, but if you send them back they will sort them for you. If the ones you get back are all bad too then I'd send the whole lot back and ask for a full refund.
Personally I like mine, everyone ive shown it to and who has used it likes it.

I had one dual coil short itself instantly, the dry herb baker shorted after a few days use, but it didn't bother me.
Fixed the baker and it works better than ever; and the dual that shorted I played about with and turned into a hanging coil for fun.

Perhaps you would get further by keeping in contact with the customer services team @SOURCEvapes
I thought I had a problem with my battery and after 3 days back and forth (in which they were really helpful and patient) I finally realised I was completely wrong and had wasted 3 days of their time.
But even through that they were amazingly helpful and polite.
In short, if you ask nicely im sure they'll sort you out :)

i have tried three terra atomizer. they all leaked at the bottom.one of them have a hole in the middle of the donut.is this normal ?my battery is constantly getting filled with wax.any help?

When did you get your SOURCE terra atomizer? You might have our original design, which had an air vent on the bottom, as well as all of our atomizers.

Our v2 atomizers have the air vents higher up, which means you won't get any leaking.

Our v2 wicked atomizers, as well as all of our wax atomizers, have the coils on the bottom. Some of our earlier models had the coils higher up after customer feedback, which we again modified back lower in the cup after more customer feedback.

i got a attachment kit from a vender that had the old terra and double coil.i then brought the premium kit that has the newer design.they look like the picture but have a metal ring around the atomizer.after that i brought a5 pack terra attys from you about two weeks ago.the terra attys were the same as the premium kit .i dont know if it my fault its leaking.i was filling the terra atty like what i seen in various utube clips. now i put a dab size and doest leak now.i can take about 4-5 hits before i have to reload is this normal?can you please tell me how much wax can you put into your atomizers?and how many hits can you take before you have to reload?i know it will vary based on substance.i do like your products .i just wish i can get the same results as other on this forum.

We recommend not overloading the atomizer, since it might leak out the air vents on the sides.

Depending on your consistency and voltage, how long it lasts will vary. Don't inhale too hard or strong, as it will lower the temp in the chamber too much. Let it build up before softly inhaling a few seconds, the airflow is amazing, so there's no need to inhale too hard.

hey @poonman where did you get the silicone mp tip adapter for your water pipe source orb attachment?

They're basically just e-cig silicone tips .
I got mine from planetvape when I ordered
the Omicron Lite . They sell them in packs of 4 iirc .

Still loving the Terras ,
it's true that it can get a little messy and
I can't achieve the big clouds like I can with the coil attys .
But so what ! The flavor and the taste of my concentrates
have never been better/smoother coming from a pen vape .
I just cannot see myself returning to my other coil pens .

O ya , did I mention
NO COUGHING !

I ordered a sourceORB 2 Terra on sale and it got lost with USPS and now they want me to reorder and repay for shipping again and the difference since it was on sale?. I have been communicating with someone from customer service/zendesk and it has been nothing but nonsense?? everyone says that Source has great customer service, I don't think so- so be warned if your package gets lost in the mail your probably not getting a easy replacement or anything at that. There absolutely no way to contact source direct anymore- they have removed there address and phone number from there site and from who.is- all of it is handled by zendesk now uhg

People of FC save yourself the hassle and buy local if you can or buy from a company that fully stands behind there product.

If source the company is reading this then please email me directly at alphabetatoad@gmail.com because zendesk is not helping at all-

We sincerely apologize for the package loss, but unfortunately once a package has shipped, control is dependent on the shipping service selected during checkout. If a package is lost in the mail, we issue store credit or a refund for the original transactions, minus the shipping costs we've accrued.

Unfortunately for International Shipping, when using regular mail/post, there is no tracking once it leaves the USA; this is why we only offer FedEx shipping for international customers, with the exception of Canada. We left Canada with a lower priced shipping option as to help our customers there and most often ship at a loss.

Can't you guys just send me what I ordered ?- now I have to wait for a refund and order again from another company? well this is lame- I bought it on a 50% off sale and can not repurchase it for the same price again. I waited for that sale for nothing. I have been extremely patient and only the shipper can request a refund, leaving me back to square one :/

Also any packages sent from USPS to Canada can be tracked on Canadaposts website once it's in Canada

That phone number just takes you to a zendesk person that has to contact the company before they can do anything.

All I want is what I ordered

no one has emailed me nor have I received a refund, can't someone from the company just contact me-


dang this is disappointing- i was really looking forward to the orb terra

I also was speaking to ashley and found her unhelpful unfortunately :p The funny thing is within the last month I went to Vegas and not a single smoke shop or dispensary carried source and the company is based in Vegas and i really looked because I really wanted the terra.. Still no one has contacted me and I'm assuming I'm just getting swept under the carpet. All I wanted was what I ordered which I don't believe is asking too much. I've spent allot of time with customer service and usps trying to work this all out and it's been nothing but a headache. The complete opposite of good customer service.

Common source this is ridiculous- I don't understand why you wouldn't just send me what I ordered. Wouldn't be cheaper to send me what I ordered rather then sending me a refund? I don't understand- this is not how your going to get customers- how am I suppose to continue buying replacement attys when I don't even have the unit I paid for a month ago. No one has contacted me since I posted here- at one point I was told on the phone from zendesk that this would be fixed and should't be a problem- that was days ago and no one has tried to reach me other then that comment here :( Ugh this has been aggravating at best.

All I wanted was what I ordered but unfortunately you don't want me as a customer? I just don't get it.

FC is not SOURCEvapes customer support. Don't expect a post here to resolve your problem. If you aren't getting results from direct contact, repeated postings here are not the way to go. FC policy is that you get one shot to describe your problem and the company gets one reply. You've already had more than one post about this problem. You should not make further comments about it unless you have new information or a resolution.

The sad part is had they offered to make it right by taking this back and sending me a V3 I'd probably be raving about this. Unfortunately that's not the case add the only resolution offered is to mail it back for a refund. I do want to use my customer points for shipping as I feel I shouldn't pay to return an item I don't want. We'll see how this plays out and I'll keep FC updated.

So what is the difference between V2 and V3? I see the globe has a carb, is that all? If the Terra carts can be used on the V2, then it wouldn't be worth the upgrade.

There is very little info available, no promotion of this new product in the website. I expected more....
