I'm appreciative for Buzz's view of the GH. And he took a lot of flack from the skeptics too.

I understand skepticism is a positive thing to keep things honest, but sometimes I wish ppl would just let it go and carry forward instead of going on and on and on. I mean, I get it, I understand your concerns as I did the previous 9 consecutive posts that you have posted (exaggeration here), but I'd like to hear what other ppl or manufacturer's responses are to form my own opinion. It's disappointing to hear when another manufacturer or member has decided to go silent because of ppl who can't let things go. Again, don't get me wrong, hearing both positive/negative points of view are essential to forming my own view on things.

I just decided I'm gonna buy one of this. What are the main differences between TI and SS? 50$ is not much more expensive so if TI has any advantages I will like to know about them :)

Edit: Just found this, it seems like I'm going for TI

Cosmetically I like the look of the non-color Ti more than the SS, and I like how it feels since its lighter. My roommate and I fired up both units with full battery on the same temp (4) and we vaped 2 bowls in each unit all at the same time, and compared how hot the units were afterwards, the Ti was definitely less hot. I am not sure if it is from the Insulation change from my last unit, or the SS to Ti change, but the new unit *seems* to have a bit hotter vapor, which seems to translate to slightly denser clouds, and slightly quicker extraction.

@hippogriff My Ti unit is a 'v.9' but it has all the changes except for the charger and charger software tweaks. It *should* perform identical (minus charging) to the final production units.

I have a feeling Grasshopper is going to shed some serious light on how well they honor their commitments very soon...

If anyone is interested, I was told by Trevor in an email that they should have that status tracker thing that is supposed to show u exactly when your order will ship, running up on their site by the 15th. So those of us that are still gonna be waiting a little bit can at least get a better idea of when we will receive our Grasshopper's.

Haha. Sorry bro. I've been doing the same thing since he told me. I was just trying to spread the word. Definitely not trying to add anymore anticipation! Everyone's been thru enough! Lol.

I've missed the latest month and a half or so. Skimming every fifth page or so I get the feeling that a few people have got theirs? If so, that's exciting.

Just a couple pre-production models for review so far. The first production model that we know of that actually shipped so far is scheduled to be delivered 2moro. Hopefully we'll at least get a quick first impression review 2moro sometime since everyone has been waiting for reviews from more FC members for so long!

When I get it you guys will be the first to know. Been waiting a long, long time for this...when I first heard about it this thing was still called the "Zenpen". Either way I'm entirely too excited!

I'm going to wait for the official charger but if they price gouge, I'm going to get the cheapie tenergy charger they recommended to the holiday backers, I don't think charge speed is as important for an external charger as I'll mostly charge overnight anyways, not sure if official charger will have other benefits so will wait and see.
