@Toltec I don't think you'll be disappointed. I agree with @Ratchett - don't put off the GonG too long. One of the best things about the E-nano is you can use it so many ways and they are all amazing. In the course of a single day, I might start out sipping with the dry stem, then move to wax through water and then wind down with herb through water.
I would suggest an extra of each glass piece that you can squirrel away in case of breakage.
And to emphasize the size of the E-nano {assuming my pics don't poof again}
Great photos! I think the size is spot-on, especially for use with a glass piece. Now I'll definitely have to get that GonG sooner rather than later.
Although I received my tracking number a day ago, and under my account on EpicVapes it says my order shipped on the 2nd, the USPS tracking website lists my order as 'NOT FOUND'.
I'm fairly certain its just a fluke, however I've ordered quite a few things online (and thru USPS) and the tracking progress website usually can find my number. Maybe it didn't get processed and the distribution center today. Hopefully it will turn up soon!
EDIT: Looks like you only receive tracking with priority shipping. My mistake - Doh!

I am thinking of buying a second nano to give as a birthday present to a friend. I know she has a bong and maybe more possibly including a water piece. So should I also get a GonG? And if so, which size would be most likely to ft what she has?
Also, is there anything you wish you had bought at the same time as the nano, and have purchased since?

I'd get an 18mm GonG. Any way you can see what she is running beforehand to see if her pieces will take a GonG? If not, there are many DHGate pieces that work great with the enano.
My after the fact purchases have been a stand and a 5 pack of basket screens.

This post is for those that are like I was. Long time reader, researching, maybe a first time poster, on the fence, that kind of thing.

Some of mine is yellower than others, but a few are a couple years old now. No big. It cleans up pretty easily with soap and water since you're not pulling vapor through it. And, most of the grit/color is probably on the outside. Pull from the GonG, slip it on a fork or spoon handle and throw it in the dishwasher. Would probably come out looking damned near new. Or, it is pretty cheap and you don't really need to worry about food grade because it is outside the glass - so easy to pick up a foot of new and change as often as you like. All the reasons you list are good ones for why to keep it on. IMO the best reason is to use it as a catch for your finger so you can pull the nano and GonG at same time with one hand to clear. Just roll it down a little on to itself to create a useable ledge/finger ridge.
Definitely get the GonG! I'd go with 18mm because they're more common, and there are at least a few nice glass pieces in the $30 price range that can be had from China and have 18mm F on them. Screens are always good to have on hand. If you really want to splurge, throw an extra e-pik in your cart. Those things have a way of slipping away into the tiniest places for a week or two.

I have five gongs & noticed the silicon goes yellow & loses mass over time, I think it's from heat deterioration, or resin fingers I dunno. I found if I left mine inverted too long I'd get bad a flavour from it. That doesn't happen now I've moved the silicon a bit further away from the heater (I had it high for some conductive heat) & now only leave it inverted for about 30 seconds before I use it. Those gongs get super hot, maybe it's part of the reason you get such quick extraction, but I don't take the silicon off because I know I'll burn myself.
I'm gong to buy some of the new gongs when they're available (terrible joke) looking forward to them. Some of mine aren't great, a couple are perfect. I don't mind, I shoved one with a small piece of silicon into a glass dome & now I have a dodgy 18mm extension & another as a Pax water adapter. They have their uses.
Nano is great & still serves me well. At the moment I use a 15 minute heat up on ten, then turn it down to 7- 7.5 for a while. Fine grind like volcano grinder. About a quarter to a third of what I put in an ELB. Tamp down tight enough to restrict the draw a little but not too tight. 30 seconds inverted on the gong & one small thick extraction. Brown to black throwaway AVB. Nice nano.

So, last week I ordered a Carbed 18mm M/F adapter from @Oregonglassblower to use with my non-carbed GonGs. Messing around after work, I tried one of my carbed JoDa GonGs (paging @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd) in combination with the adapter. Wow, that was fun.
One minor complaint I had with the JoDa GonGs was that for the first week I wasn't used to the slight restriction compared to the full clear from the regular practice of removing the GonG while clearing. I say minor, because after a few days I got used to it and this has been the only way I've rolled for the past few months.
With the combination of two carbs, that restriction is gone.. I get a great full clear every time now. You can also "pace" your clear by releasing one carb, shortly followed by the second. If you play an instrument like guitar, woodwind or keyboard, this is a fairly natural process.
Here's a quick and dirty image, I had to place the book in the background to give it some contrast:
