This is the smallest bubbler I've seen for the Air. Any experiences with this little tool? :)

I didn't realize that those actually fit inside.
@Vapoleon
Check the grasshopper thread. I post a few different wp like he one you posted and also one with a joint. The past is probably 3 pages back from the current page on the GH thread

Its not a stupid question but one that has been discussed to destruction in this thread.

Short answer is NO if you want to stay safe and within warranty.

Oh ok then... Maybe Eneloop AAs will work??

Also whats the deal with dome screens? Anyone have a link to ones that fit the Air ? What about that little bubbler OF uses? Does the silicone sleeve cause the unit to overheat? Also whats the deal with the "O-rings"? Does the Air have O-rings or ribs? Are the stems universal between solo and air? What about the chargers? Which has more draw resistance? Which stem is best for decreasing the resistance?

Oh yea, can i use any 18650??

:worms: :D

-Meant in fun.

Does anyone have any idea why PV is marketing (not for sale yet) separate Vortex Gongs and stems for the Air and Solo?

One of the "selling points" for me was that the Solo stems and gongs would fit the air.

Now, PV says they are not the same.

Does Arizer ever check in here?

I don't have experience with it but people seem to like it, if I recall correctly. Not as much as the one shown on post #4016. But that's a little pricier to get.

Btw, what's it mean when the light blinks violet then blue then white then… ;)

Got a phves 14mm gong in the mail. Not vortex... It is the loosest fitting stem I have and so far I only have stock air stems. The non plastic tip one seems hardest to get it.

Edtnt will be here Friday!

Yes bc the diameter of the solo stem is a little bit bigger than the Air stem. Some may fit and some may not. There is really no telling. I have ordered both and had the solo stem not fit in my air and i have had a few fit. To be safe they make them a bit smaller and market them for the air bc they know they will fit. Arizer i am sure checks in here from time to time but they do not post here. Funny thing is when i purchased my air from arizer it came with a solo stem and the air stems , the solo stem it came with did not fit my air. A few months later i ordered a few more stock shorty stems direct from arizer and while they do fit , they are very tight fitting and must be inserted while my unit is warm , while the same stem that came with my air fits right in there perfectly with no warm up.

Exactly as @photobooth said. I have several PV stems and gongs for my Solo and they are all a little different. I've had a fav stem and broke it and wasn't able to find that one that fit like it did. They are not all precise because they are hand made. I haven't received one that I didn't like though.

I've been interchanging my Solo glass stems and GonGs with my Air. I'm not using my Solo WonG with my Air.

Maybe PV wants to sell more stems. People want to buy something if they think it's specially made for their unit. I'm just speculating.
