So on the topic of refunds I ordered 2 fc 187s seperately and the first came with a hole on the weld for the mouthpiece and the second had a crack going around half of the weld that can be felt from the outside of the glass. I contacted him about the first one with the hole and he offered a 5 percent off which I thought was a lititle low but I never responded since I wasn't sure if I would even want to order any more from him. But the second one I actually didon't notice the crack until after using and still haven't contacted steven because I've just been too lazy tbh. So my question to other members is do you think thsee two faulty welds should give me more than 5 or 10 percent to maybe 20 25 percent or perhaps if you think a replacement with my next order is a reasonable request? I'm looking at the FC 1000 for my next order

A replacement is more than a reasonable request. Contact him about the second, and there should be no issues. Two broken pieces is definitely more than enough reason to get a single replacement. I'm surprised he only offered 5%.

I don't recall who bought which design forth, and honestly at this point don't care. I do recall much debate over the two pieces. I never EVER liked this design, no disrespect intended to the designer. It just wasn't for me. I made damn sure to be careful when ordering to not mix it up. And I'd like to say the one he sent with the mouthpiece off the top gets splashback when clearing. I'm sure the one I actually ordered doesn't do that. My Damn EVO is all in my face thanks to the mouthpiece hovering over the tube. I've done enough trial and error with glass to know what not to buy at this point, and I'd have never bought this piece because it doesn't fit the vape I bought it for. I could tell that looking at it in pics from China, I didn't need to get it all the way here to figure that out!! ON top of that I ordered 2pieces at the same time. I got a tracking number and assumed both had been mailed at the same time. So i get the package not only is it the wrong piece, it's an incomplete order!! NO STRAIGHT FAB!!! As i'm complaining to him in an email, I get a tracking number for the straight fab. How did I not get informed it would be two separate orders over a week apart? I'm beyond pissed! So after contacting Steve he offered a 30-40% refund, which he never specified which. I told him that's not reasonable because ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! I don't want a partial refund i want what i ordered. He laughed it off literally with a "he he he",and recommended i keep the piece he sent since its in "high qualtity" and take a 30-40% refund. Then he informed me it was midnight in China and he had a very big customer coming to his shop tomorrow so he had to go. I'm honestly cool with his remedy since the piece i got does work, but to be honest I don't like this design its just ugly compared to the one i ordered. Overall at least Steve tried to somewhat remedy the problem. I would've sent it back but I'm afraid shipping would be more than i paid for the piece and shipping. Oh well

All seem really decent on price and can't beat the quality...I have rigs from other sellers and they aren't even close to this level....I will be saving my money for more of stevens for sure...Just need some good ash catchers...anyone have good luck with ash catchers off there?
