So in my time of vaping I have owned these vape in this order
pax
Herbalizer
Solo
ascent
elevape
crafty

The pax was cool, not a great vape but cool none the less. I would rank a 6

The herbalizer is almost a perfect 10. It would be if bags were easily avaliable (I know they are now) but they werent. The sticky whip. The bowl could get hot. And the whip could get in a knot very easily.

The solo I loved!! I would g9ve a 9. One complaint... The vapor could be harsh at higher temps but still taste amazing.

The ascent-8 good tasting smooth vapor. Weed hog like the pax. But I liked it none the less. Good battery life.

Elevape. Had a finicky unit I think. Liked it when it worked. A good functioning one I'll give a 9. Small bowl size.
Crafty- 9 harsh at higher temps.

I plan on getting a firefly, air, grasshopper, mivape.

Are there any under the radar vapes that you would suggest

You have had entirely eletronic vapes, maybe you would be interesting in trying out a butane vape, like the Hammer/Lotus/Daisy/Lily/Vaporgenie/Vapman etc.

There are also a few people who really like the FlashVape and that one is fairly under the radar.

Is there any difference in quality of vapor with butane vapes?

What does a butane vape offer other than it being butane of course and the vape being less discreet?

Instant heat up and temp control. Your herbs won't cook in any way unless you use the butane. Taste is really good once you get your sweet spot. The vapman is the smallest vape or one of the smallest (mflb). The rest are not as discreet

Instant heat up? I thought I saw that you had to hold the button on the hammer for awhile

I hear the taste is great from a lotus. Not really liking the torch aspect of anything though. What would you say is the best most discreet butane vape

Oh I was referring to vapes that use torches. The hammer requires butane but no torch since the unit has its own ignition button. Most discreet? Vapman for me, but the lotus and VG are small also (they're in pipe form though). Oh there's the Lily by triihouse. It's a portable Daisy so that might interest you.

I use to pooh pooh torch vapes too then I read the Daisy thread and said "I have to try this" and I am sooooooooo glad I did. Really want to try a vapman and/or a lotus at some point, but I'm already committed into too many other vas "cures". And yeah, want to try the hammer too, @paytonpenn really endorses it and I respect his opinion.
