Anyone with the Nano also have the Arizer Air? I just got the nano and I'm looking for another hard hitting portable cuz my mflb just isn't cutting it anymore, and I know Nanoers know how to spot good hard hitting vapes.

I have the Arizer Air, a nice vaporizer that is discreet for on the go also with good flavor.

The E-nano or the Solo for home the Arizer Air for discreet flavor on the go.:leaf::peace:
EDIT
I have a strain called The Black in my E-Nano, it's very sedating - a nice strain for getting ready for sleep.

I have both a nano and an air. The air is for on the go. However, I don't know if I'd call it hard hitting, the unit hits for 10 minutes so it's kind of dragged out. if money isn't of concern give the crafty a try.

Even if you put the air/solo at max temp?

I imagine every vaporizers, with a few exceptions, can be hard hitting if you put it at max? Aren't they? The only difference I can see is the load sizes. If you can put 2g in a bowl, that will be a hard hit at high temperature.

Personally, I put my nano at low setting, around 5.5, because I like to drag out my loads. Taking a toke every now and then during the day or night to maintain my high while doing something else. It also help to keep your tolerance low (high numbers of cannabinoid receptors in the body).

Although, sometimes I switch to 6.5 in mid load (while there's still vapor at 5.5). I'm new to this so I'm still experimenting various settings with my nano.

If there's ONE thing I don't particularly like about my Nano (and only one thing), it's the controller. I just can't see it in low light conditions.

I like to sip my vape, usually over a couple of back-to-back sessions, one session at 6.5 and another at 8.0 to finish it off. I am getting old and it's getting harder to see and I always have to break out the "flashlight" on my cell phone to illuminate the dial when I want to change the temperature.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Nano. But if there's one area that could be improved on this vaporizer, it's the temperature controller. I would love to see some sort of LED display, either a digital temperature display, or some sort of bank of LEDs that light up in succession the higher you go in temp (as seen on the Arizer Solo).

C'mon Epic! Let's see an LED display in the Nano 2.0 !

Well, the light on the front does dim based on temp, but it's not exactly easy to tell much from that, heh. I bought some glow in the dark paint for my dial. It doesn't glow near enough, but I thought ahead and just painted the lines between 5 and 10. The paint itself is raised, so now my dial is kind of like braile and I can tell by touch where my temp is.

I posted pretty much the same thing a little while back, you can go to that post and read forward a bit from here for some other ideas people suggested.

Is a 2.0 imminent? I'm getting a nano one of these days and will hold off if there's a newer model on the horizon… How long have the current models been on the market?

It also help to keep your tolerance low (high numbers of cannabinoid receptors in the body).

Hmmm… Am I reading this correctly? Vaping throughout the day lowers tolerance? I'm neither a chemist nor a physician (not sure what I am, come to think of it…), but I'd think the more exposed my body was to having cannabinoids running around inside it, the greater my tolerance would be.

Enjoy the day, all!

Actually a dimmer dial built in the wall wart would be ideal.
I would hate that. Having a lump in the cord isn't ideal, but going all the way to the outlet to change temp? No thanks.

Not that I've heard. Don't make one member's wish list into a upcoming new version. As for digitizing the nano, IMO it's better to keep it simple. I wouldn't mind an additional model with digital, but I doubt I'd buy it.

It's one model and was introduced at the beginning of 2013.

He was also talking about vaping temps, so you need to consider the whole post in context. You are correct that (without any other qualifiers) the more you use, the higher your tolerance will be.

No because I would be vaping the same small quantity of, lets say, 0.1g all day. Also this small load would be spread around all day, so I would never have an extremely high quantity of cannabinoids in the body at the same time, thus not overloading my cannabinoid receptors/systems. Maintaining a [6] or [7]. At least, that's how I view it.

Although, even if it doesn't help to keep a lower tolerance, I sometime start my vaping with a full session on my nano. Then, I reload it and I use it as a on-demand vape taking a toke every now and then. Maintaining my high.

In general, I use my nano in many different ways. This is one of the way. I had my nano only for a few weeks.

I find the nano works well for my needs. I medicate for joint paint and inflammation as well as some nerve damage. I'm currently using one Nano to medicate and the other as a aroma therapy device with grapefruit oil. I have some GDP in the nano stem.

Going to the Sonshine Organics Wa Farmers Cannabis Market Today. Happy Saturday! just went in and got my mmj recertification yesterday so I'm set for one more year.

EDIT:
It's a Medical MJ Cannabis Farmers Market I should add. We get to talk to the organic growers and find out how our medicine is made. In July 2016 we might not be able to have something like this. A people's referendum is circulating to try to squash the new law set down by the Governor and the WA state legislature.

Tried multiple outlets. I do have a multimeter but don't have time to dig out batteries for it and mess with it now. Tonight I will give it a shot though, good idea. Thanks!

If you're sure your cord is all the way in, sounds like something must've gotten shaken loose inside during shipping. Don't think we've heard of a DOA on here in a while, and pretty sure Andy still runs them for a day or so in the shop to test. I'd get with them ASAP to get a new one out to you. As always, PM Nadia here if you don't hear back in email. I'd even give a call if you don't hear back on that quickly. Am sure they will get a replacement right out to you.

I have a solo that is OK, but am really forming a solid relationship with my vapman. Know I've been mentioning it a lot here in inappropriate thread, but this issue keeps coming up! Vapman uses a butane jet lighter for heat, but you don't heat it while you're hitting. Takes a little practice to get your technique down, but very versatile. Can produce light vapor, heavy vapor and even do concentrates or hash with optional screens. Quite a nice little vape and cheaper than even the solo. This site sells them stateside and has some very cool options with burnished wood and laser engraving. Seller is an FC member, too.

Eh.... I'll pass on the LED lights. Not a big fan of them and like that Andy uses lower cost options to keep the nano reasonably priced for us.

You may want to try some finger nail polish. I had some glow in the dark stuff on an older dial. It was OK, but didn't glow for long and had to be "charged" with bright light. But, YMMV.

For me, my new method works better. I discovered it by mistake, but isn't that often the case with such things? I put clear coat nail polish on the dial to protect the numbers. What I found is that you can kind of score the shiny finish with a fingernail or even the e-pic if you're careful. It is pretty easy to see even in low light. Just move the dial assembly around (the whole thing, not turning it up and down) and you can see your lines where it doesn't glare/reflect as much. Actually harder to see the triangle you line up with on the housing. But, it is in the middle so as long as you are looking at the proper side you're good. Even with my tired old eyes I can see the marks on the dial with just the light of the TV.

Farmers Cannabis Market? I'll probably die of old age before I see one of those in my state. :\

No doubt!! Every time I see similar posts it makes me start calculating the costs to pack it all up and move to a friendlier state! Don't even really need a farmer's market or even dispensary. Would be plenty for me if they would let you just grow two plants for personal use. I'd probably have more than I knew what to do with! But, in these parts that would now be considered "manufacturing". Definitely not a charge you want to be facing.

I come bearing good tidings to all my E-nano fam! :myday:

Excited to say that I have a plethora of choices this memorial day weekend!

check it out (top to bottom; Afghan Goo, Slush Puppy, Black Lime and Alaskan Ice. I must admit I hit some Afghan goo literally 7 years ago, but the 3 other strains I've never heard of. Starting this sesh off with a chunk of Alaskan Ice. Been trying that lately as opposed to ground bud. Btw sorry about the HORRIBLE photo quality.. I post to Imgur and I guess they drastically compress it.

Thanks for the clarification; I misread your earlier post. Love how you use it. Every day I'm a day closer to springing.

If you are able to vaporize several different strains in your E-Nano that helps too with having too high of a tolerance. I would imagine if you had a vaporizer that was too hard of a hitter that could cause your tolerance to spike.

I'm satisfied using the nano as my go to vaporizer right now. Excellent flavor and a miser with the meds.
I got a nice selection of meds right now . I just got back from shopping at the market.
So happy I found Tahoe OG. I also picked up some Dairy Queen, Blueberry and Blue Kush.

Are bars legal?

I miss my NANO!
I won't send it in until Tuesday!

In the meantime I have an ounce of GSC'S!

1/4 oz PARIS OG
1/4 oz DEATHSTAR OG
Looks likè I need reload!
