Sorry but what's the purpose of putting a screen on top of the load? It seems to me that it wouldn't be able to go anywhere with the cooling chamber attached.

If you aren't filling the bowl, it keeps the plant materials from flying around within the bowl when you pull hard. Most vapes work best when the material isn't overly loose.

On a full load, it was to keep the materials out of the cooling unit since the screen in the CU is so coarse.

This, in addition to my response to the oil pads, was what lead me to try a screen. It keeps bits outta the CU and has less restriction for me. But seriously, there is 0 bad ways to use this thing! Haha

Got it thanks.

Yeah it works pretty well, I am happy I purchased it just so I don't have VAS anymore lol

My beloved Mighty

It has been three days since you have left me to return to your native country. I know I said mean things about your top fins and your battery meter, but none of that matters now. Oh how I miss you so. I can't lie, there have been others, but none can hold a candle to you my love. Others may comment on your appearance and size, to me you were perfect, and I long to hold you in my hands again. My lungs ache for you, please hurry back to me.

So I think the Mighty is jealous of the Crafty that is on the way. Ordered the Crafty yesterday and shortly after getting the shipping notification I fired up the Mighty. Decided to try using it like the Crafty (180 and 195 C)... Things were going well and then I thought I'd switch to F to remind myself of the converted temps...

Press UP and DOWN together and get nothing. Tried a couple times with no joy. Tried again later that night after a power cycle and it was still not responding. Battery is under 2 bars though so maybe it's that? Charging her now and will find out at lunch.

Happy to have a backup on the way since it sounds like I might be sending Mighty in anyway. Aside from the possible C/F problem, mine seems to be plagued with poor performance when under 50% battery. Sub 3000 serial so older unit.

Mine recently but rarely showed only temperatures, no "°C" and you couldn't adjust temperature. Had to turn it off/on some times. Also there is some sound like a tiny piece of plastic broken off which rattles when you turn the mighty upside down, It still is usable 99% of the time, but I have to send it in some day.

But I still love it

After a full charge, switching between C and F works again. Don't imagine it takes much power to switch the display so I am not sure it is related to the low charge or not. I'll test again the next time I let it get under 2 bars.

Loaded up the Mighty with 5 bars of juice, set to 185 C and let it start warming up.. Somewhere along the way I swapped to F and wasn't able to change it back. No big deal but not related to power as I suspected.

What is the cheapest authorized online dealer i can purchase the Mighty from? Shipping to the US?

Your best bet was when Canadian sellers had it at the new $399 price. That was ~$325US. Canadian sites are back to $469 and $479 but if you can find one with free US shipping you can save a few bucks off retail.

I ordered my Crafty from bcvapor and got a shipping notice same day. The reason I suggest them is I noticed they have a warehouse in the US as well so no international border crossing = no duty.

Is Vapefiend a good dealer? I found they have it $309 for the Mighty shipped.
Looking forward to feedback on this one. I need to check if they have a Crafty great deal too. I just can't decide...

Just checked - Doesn't look like they can help me cause I'm in the US. And I just did a quick conversion based on prices from their website. I think you were looking at the price of the Crafty. I think their Mighty price is $372 and change.

I must chime in with a big YES! @VapeFiend is great to deal with. I was iffy about ordering from overseas at first but I wanted a storm vape so i jumped in and ordered. It was easy and painless. Great prices and considering location shipping was very fast. He gets 2 thumbs up from the Jman

The prices on the site include a 20% VAT . After you input your shipping info, that £39.67 VAT will disappear, leaving a $307 Mighty shipped to you.

So I managed to get the vaporizer from vapefiend in the UK and since they have free shipping and the conversion rate from british pound to US dollar, I was able to get the Mighty for 306 shipped to me. I bought a UK to US adapter and am awaiting arrival of it. I somehow managed to get the vaporizer for 198 british pounds even though it was listed at 238 pounds.
But you'll have to get a Uk to US adapter as they only have the UK plug. It's like 5 bucks on Amazon

The liquid pad still seeps oil down into the heating chamber
so put a thin layer of herb and then liquid pad and oil on top.. i have no problem using oil/wax with herbs only without liquid pad.
Woo got my Mighty earlier today and LOVE IT! Still getting used to vaporizing, it's a tad weaker but damn I tried it with some shatter and lapsda00's way and it was GREAT! Put a thin layer of bud, the pad, some shatter on top and closed it up. Checked the herb and pad after and there was no shatter/oil to be found, checked the bottom screen too and it's all fine. I really want to try just the pad next time, was just worried it might actually seep down, but I'm pretty sure it's fine.

Is there anyway to check battery level without actually plugging it in?
And is there any benefit of actually unplugging the charger from the outlet first then unplugging it from the mighty?
