Yeah, I think I've kinda held the record here at FC for awhile in that regard.

When I had my Purple Days, I vaped every single night and a gram would last me 45 days. Since I got my LSV and MiniVap, my usage has gone up a tad.

I wonder how the GH's will do in that regard as far as encouraging efficiency.

I go through about 2 grams a day, more or less, since I started vaping. It's the only aspect of it I find displeasing compared to combusting. Really hopeful the Grasshopper will help to an extent.

I took the Grasshopper on a hike this afternoon and the main thing I was trying to pay attention for was the smell reduction provided by the leather case after being asked about it recently.

Since it has a tight fit, it actually really does reduce the smell quite a bit, I originally estimated it might reduce it around 50%, now after paying closer attention I am thinking it's closer to 75% or more reduction in smell.

lollercoasterz, a gram would have lasted me however long the doobie took to burn down back in the day! That is some conserving man!

Can I just pipe up and say that I really like the look of the GH, and if it ever is commercially available (I do not do pre-orders for anything anymore) I will likely get one... But:

Does this unit smell more after use than a Mighty/Crafty would? I do not want to get the leather pouch since I do not buy animal products, and really would prefer something silicone which does the same. Do GH offer silicone sleeves and does anyone know yet if they work for the same smell mitigating purpose?

They have a stainless steel smell proof case for purchase

I would think so since its from Jan, so prob b4 I started paying attention to this place but was cool to watch it gone over and that quickly

also @herbivore21 there's the SS case they have which is supposed to be smell-proof but other than that theres whatever pen cases/sleeves that exist for other real pens. Im sure you can always talk to Ratchett about making one for the GH out of silicone

@herbivore21 they sell a stainless case with screw caps, if it doesn't come with o-rings to seal it up I plan on putting them on myself.

I am curious. Do the people on here who go through a lot of flower, are you using less potent strains, or high cbd strains? The strain I use blasts me into a weird, but cool, euphoric and psychedelic place. It can be overwhelming if my mind isn't right.

As far as mine goes, it is low grade. We don't have very good stuff around here, and I'm not willing or able to pay 3 or 4 times more a gram for higher quality material.

I never found this with the vapes I ended up using, until recently switching to a hand held portable convection vape, getting rid of my desktop and conduction portable. My consumption has dropped dramatically. It's completely shocked me just how little I'm getting thru and just how crazy medicated I'm getting.

I'm hoping the hopper is gonna have somewhat similar effects.

I don't know what strains I get but it is always very good, none the less I can't comment on strain or potency because I have no idea. I just have many "sessions" a day.

I just use what I get, unfortunately it's always GSC in flower but oils can vary with a primary focus of CBD. I try not to spend more than 200 in a month span. If that informs on how much I use versus yourself. I'd have to spend a lot of time vaping to start feeling psychedelic. At those points I think I'm on the edge of sleep as well from all that vaping.

I'm in a non legal state but I get really good stuff normally from Cali and it last me forever and my Vape is inefficient. It would last longer if I didn't give so much away to buddies.
