Which w9 pen to buy????

@jim-bob , what type of information are you looking for that doesn't exist? I'd be happy to write something up if you give me an idea of what you need to know. My job is to provide information, and if you aren't finding the info about our products that you need on their respective pages, I can certainly try to improve our product descriptions.

Or, if you're after information of a different type, what info could I write up and provide that would help someone new UP Tech products out? We offer a wider variety of products than most other oil vaporizer companies, and I'm sure our high end items can be a bit intimidating.

Your second paragraph show that you're aware of my problem - I'm new to the pen style of vaporizers, and the amount of choices out there is honestly pretty dizzying and assumes a certain amount of basic knowledge before you can even get your foot in the door. Someone like me who likes to think he researches his purchases can easily get bogged down in the minutiae of "so this guy says this is the good atomizer but it doesn't come with the good coil? or is it the other way around? Am I even using the right words?" and next thing you know i'm paralyzed with indecision.

Some more dunce-friendly language would definitely help the cause - i can see that the Minicron has a self-adjusting center pin, for instance, and i assume that's good, and that the ophos has a different button, but it's the same as well somehow? A 'starter kit' or a rough breakdown of what might be better for certain applications would go a long way towards clearing up confusion.

This is by no means a problem unique to you guys - pens in general are a serious tinkerer's den, and it seems like there's probably a niche for someone that can make it easily digestible.

Your not kidding man I studied these forums for about a year reading the ophos and Persei threads before I decided to start with the ophos and essential oil carts as it was a load once system that lasted me weeks on 1g I used that for about 2-3 months then ordered a Persei early August of last year with the herc and some aw18350's and haven't looked back since

In the end it depends on your need I have chronic pain and puff on my herc all day so I needed to upgrade to the more advanced battery system and atomizer but if your a casual user or don't have much of a tolerance the ophos or minicron are great with the essential oil carts but I'm not a huge fan of kiss carts im not a fan of load as you go

After all the hassle trying to figure this out, w9tech sends me a minicron lite, instead of the minicron I ordered. Apparently they are just as confused as I, and don't know wtf is what... Thankfully they don't provide any email support which helps too.

now in the world and language of w9tech, what does this mean? I got a shittier pen than what I paid for right??

It's hard to tell. Because when I visit their vaporizer page, I get a "BAD GATEWAY" error message. real nice.

yeah probably should have gone with another brand on this purchase. thanks for the warning, douchebags.

still waiting for some kind of help up in this bitch

I dont know what happened that we sent you a minicron lite but few things are for sure.

1. We are not confused, things go wrong during shipping and I do apologize for the mis shipment.

2. I will be happy to refund your order since you consider the Minicron lite a shittier pen which insinuates that the Minicron is shitty but not as shitty.

Problem solved. Please provide me with your order number and i will be happy to refund your order. You get to keep the unit and I would think you would toss it away since it is shitty unit.

Is there anywhere that gives size comparisons between all the different vaporizer bases (both length and diameter)?

This would be a tremendous help to me, and most likely countless other buyers.

EDIT: OUCH! No omicron lite...When will you have more available?

EDIT2: 43.50$ for shipping a Kiss Globe to UK? I can't believe that...

I've purchased several products from W9 that have worked quite well and I'm still pretty confused with the landscape of pen vapes. That said, I took my omicron and pax2 out for a weekend in the Poconos with friends and the Omicron was crowned and dubbed with the title "the magic wand" as it sent all of my friends to a good place :)

@b0 Yup, the shipping to Europe is the reason I don't buy w9 products. I'm really happy with the Ophos, and I buy new kisscarts from vaposhop, but they don't sell any other attachments such as the globe etc.

@THC SCIENTIFIC Concentrates are spreading through the EU and the last sovereign states of Europe, so either getting a better stocked European resellers or offering cheaper shipping options would probably open up a new market for you :)
