Hope it goes well Mom!
What kind of surgery is it if you dont mind me asking ?
He's having a mass removed.

Bottom line is I'm just an over protective, over emotional, overly in love with her dog kinda gal. This is an easy peasy surgery and will go fine. It's finding out the results that are scaring me to death. I'm sure I'm overreacting. He's pretty important to me and spoiled rotten.

Lol... my husband always says he wants to come back as one of my dogs...

Cosmo update.... He's doing fine. The mass was removed and the vet doesn't think it even needs to be biopsied. I'm a happy mom.

However.. Mr. Man has been quite the little actor. He's playing me big time, lol. While I know he's in a bit of discomfort and that he may be a little queasy, he's acting like he's on death's door with the whining. But he can eat treats just fine....

@DDave - do you know if both photos are the same kitten...I hope?

Edit: It must be, or there'd have been no point to posting them. :\

2nd edit to add pictures of the two cats we lost most recently. I don't have the emotional resources to adopt again (we had and loved cats for over 25 years), but sure do miss them.

This is Ernie. He died of intestinal lymphoma in September, 2012, at age 11.

This is Bubbles. She died in December, 2013, at age 18½. For 9 of those years, she was diabetic so if you ever have a cat diagnosed with diabetes, it's worth treating.

@ajadbe, Props to you! There's a special relationship that one can have with a cat... they choose you and when they do, you can't help but feel blessed!

We just lost two as well. One was 21, the other 20... both rescues. They were/are family and are missed.
