I'm using one spacer and one big glass flower. Perfect for me.
Suddenly we have more options to fine tune the Ascent to suit us individually.
How cool is that?

So this morning was the first time I used the fbomb with the 14mm wpa, half load and with a spacer. I would consider the taste to be as good or better than all my high end portables (mighty, minivap, haze). This was the first time I used the fbomb for multiple sessions and discovered it to be the perfect companion to the ascent because it uses less water and diffusion. My ascent, when flipped upside down, loses some thick vapor. Fbomb or the pnwt will keep all that delicious vapor and there is nothing now to lose (when using with water). I only planned to use it today so the batteries don't get cold. Turned out to be a gift.

Let me know what you think. The spacer goes in flat part up. Then load some herb, and smash the flower down on top of that. You can pack loosely, and the flower will fit right in, no smashing required.

I think we all are. They say in that way 'she is blessed above all others'. I've no way of knowing for sure, but that's what I hear.......and it makes sense.

I will have to find flowers of the same size and indoctrinate all of you.

Good news! I was able to find two more of the large flowers! They are green, not clear like mine, but they are the same size. I am going to go into deep storage later to see if I can find more. 
The first two people to PM me, "Glass Flower" in the subject line, can have one. I need to figure out the best way to send them to people, though. Maybe just an envelope and a couple stamps? I just have no faith in the USPS.
I need to get to bed because I have an awful medical test early in the morning. @JamesTiberiousKirk has claimed one of the glass flowers, so there is still one left for someone else to claim.
I want to be clear. This is not a contest. The reason I said the first two people to PM me get one was because I only had the two flowers to give away. There is still one left, and I'm going to look for more.

Perhaps a carefully bubble wrapped carrier pigeon? But remember to cut air holes.
That was more than likely an issue with the jars. The bowls are all the same size as ceramic tolerances are a lot smaller than glass tolerances. We had an issue where the refurbished bowls weren't fitting some oil jars. We would be more than happy to send out another pair for you to try.

In reverse order, thanks for your kind offer. But I think it should go to a 'fresh tester', I've already tested lots of glass things in there......
By way of shipping I'm a fan of first class mail for such things (no trip to the PO.....). I'd cut a small square (say 2 or 3 inches) of cardboard with a one inch or less hole in the center. I'd use tape on each side to hold the flower in the hole and wrap the lot up with a sheet or two of paper to pad it a bit more and put it in a normal envelope. Staying under one ounce (28 grams) and 1/4 inch meets the 'one stamp' requirements.
Between the 'free Solo rings' and the 'free custom MFLB stems' 4/20 celebrations of years past I sent out over 100 such packages without incident.
BTW, very cool what you're doing. You know that, I'm sure, as do at least some of us. But perhaps it needs saying?

i dont have any other glass spacers i didnt get into the beta, and well ill do my best im sure the experience will be differentAre you beta testing the glass spacers? I was kinda hoping to get feedback.

I cant quit using my Ascent.I bought a FF and the damn thing is collecting dust.For me I like my experience to be enjoyable not a challenge. But thats just me.I use 1 spacer on top flat side down.This works best for my style.The Ascent is a power house when it comes to flowers.
