Sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not smell-proof. My friend smelled it when she got in my car and so then I did a little test and put it in my car with the windows up, came back in an hour and yep, my car smelled like pot when I opened the door.
A cop is going to smell this if you get pulled over.

i think that car charger cant provide as much power as wall socket, so you cant use totally drained mighty with car charger, you have to wait till some % of battery are charged.

I was thinking more like having a full charge and then using the car charger without going thru batteries. Cause from what I'm reading, if the battery is full and then you plug in to vape, it's not charging nor drawing from the batteries.

Thing is, even if batt is full and plugged in to the wall, when the oven heats up I think it is also giving some charge to the batt as it draws power for the heating of the oven.
I have mine always charged, I do a session or three then charge again to full. I don't vape while its plugged into the wall.
Not sure if any of this will prolong our battery's.

and i just wanna say that imo, the car charger cant provide enough power to go without batteries, so i think this will drainn your batteries even if it´s full charge of drained to hell

For sure it can. Depending on your car the cig lighter is fused with 8 to 20 ampere iirc. Don't forget it's powerful enough to lighten up a cigarette at combustion temperature. At least 450'C hotter and way quicker heat up time than the weak heater of the mighty. It shouldn't make any difference which charger you are using, wall adapter or cig lighter.
I still wouldn't recommend using the device while charging. But it's up to you, and I can fully understand why everybody here would give the information from someone at S&B more weight than mine. (No ironics hidden here!) But it's just imho...
Edit: if there is really a bypass, using it as desktop on full batts with the wall adapter should be ok.

So what do you recommend? I need something that can easily go in a small travel bag. I think it does do a good job reducing the smell. I am not sure if there is truly a "smell-proof" bag.

Michel, I don't really believe that Mighty when on the charger bypasses the battery either.
Anybody open theirs up yet? And experiment with removing the battery?? What happens when battery is disconnected and charger is plugged in??
I really think charge goes thru battery. I'm searching for more info...will report back

I believe it will charge while it is being used and plugged in (in general). The guy I talked to on the phone at S&B said that charging the batteries heats them up and using the unit heats them up so he would not recommend doing both at the same time for long term life prolongation, but you can do it. I think given all the information I received from them to use it plugged in and stress the unit the least use it plugged in with a full or nearly full charge
This above message from a S & B employee says he wouldn't recommend both charging and using the batteries at the same time --heat issue. No danger but battery life issue.

If smell is your main concern, try vaping some spearmint, damniana, sage ect in it will change the smell, plus if you ever get pulled over having it loaded with teas might help you

Just place in an airtight baggy and put in your travel bag .. simple. I found a 'water tight' smart phone / tablet plastic sheath that fits my mighty. Then pop it in your bag .. also ditch the loading tool and get a jyar ... smell proof and sorted. You need it my Mighty STINKS.

Seriously leaning towards purchasing a mighty. The price tag is so high I just hope that it really proves to be worth every penny. I've dished out hundreds upon hundreds on portys like the pax1, solo, and mflb etc. only to be disappointed in the end on many levels. Guess draw restriction is really a huge problem for me. If it wasn't for taking a leap of faith on my Underdog I would've given up on vaping all in all. The more I read about the mighty the more excited I get that this is the unit ive been missing! Any thoughts?!?

I have a Solo and MFLB. You can kit the Mighty as hard as you want, little restriction. And it will pump as much vapor as you want.
shoulda bought them when toronto vapes were having them on sale for 330. best deal you couldve gotten.

So I finally pulled the trigger and bought my Mighty from everyonedoesit UK.
I emailed them before and the assured me they stocked the latest model but it's just arrived and serial number is in the 3000s with dark blue o-rings.
What are everyone's thoughts on this?
I'm kinda concerned at the fact edit might have lied to me

How did you formulate your question to edit exactly? There is only one model so far, even if there were improvements made. If it's working like it should, be lucky your sticker at the backside is probably scratch resistant (apart the serial number). If it's not working like advertised, abuse it some months/ a year as main device and get a free "battery replacement" because S&B will send you a brand new unit (with all accessories) within no time!
Just be lucky in any cases you have a mighty!
Edit: since you are in UK you don't have to worry about weird Fahrenheit luckily
or isn't UK using the metric system? I know you are driving on the wrong side of the road... But on CNN wheather channel temperature is in Celsius. Correct me if I'm wrong!@GrkCdn : car charger works great! Feels cheap like the wall charger and isn't made in Germany, but it does what it's supposed to do!
