hallo Everyone,
nice to meet you, i'm Joe, new member but lurker for some time in this incredibly informative forum. :)
I have been and enthusiast vapist (is this the right word? :)) for 2 years: I am an happy owner of a S&B Plenty.

I still enjoy combustion (ops!), and just got into dabbing, but thanks to my Plenty i have been tobacco free for about one year... Now I can't believe how i could use that substance for so long! :D

i would like to get a portable, to enjoy vaping everywhere.
I'm interested in a decent vape, stealth, really one piece portable vape, easily available and not too expensive (< 200 €).

For these reasons i did a little research and found 2 small ones i really like, as in the title, the Alpha by Goboof and the Summit by Vapium.

From what i read here and elsewhere, the Alpha might be a little better, i really like the design, the mechanic interface and the fact it's made in the UK. ;) I am worried about battery recharge time, which seems to be very long...
The summit overall seems really nice as well...
I can't make my decision! :D

Anyways, i would really appreciate any ideas, expecially from those who tried both. ;)

Thanks a lot!
Joe

Lo and Behold! The transformative power of Vapor.
i just realized i misspelled: "Alfa" and not "Alpha". :ko: sorry! :)
Why correct yourself? In a weeks time someone will come out with an "Alpha". :p I actually convinced myself it was "Alba".

VapeCritic does a video for both. Both are in his top picks for portables. I kinda like his breakdown and ratings in the past. He helped me decide to go with the Summit. Allthough, the interior of the oven in the Alfa I find interesting and agree with VC that this is a good design for quick heating. Also liked the two step up feature heat settings. I own a Summit and have been posting in the FC forum. (The replacement unit is doing OK,BTW) Both fairly new companies right? Hope this helps get things started for you.
Or perhaps you could wait for the new Alpha or Alba to come out.:D
