I disagree their products don't last, at least from my experience (even if it's not my portable of choice), my Xp will be 2 years old in June and it still working perfectly and my 05 is in perfect shape since september (I use each of them 5-6 times per week, one charge per week).

Although, since they are both working perfectly I never experienced their CS....

EH and NF so Nice to see you fellas are still following the thread but sorry to see your both harboring all that negative energy...

NF - you contributed in the evolution as the chamber is now a flat ribbon..... I think you would have really liked the "S" mod as there was a 2nd ribbon heater almost completely dedicated to convection..:peace:

EH - beginning to smell a bit fishy...but if its up an up and seeing is what will be believing then a possible thought might be to film the unit failure and then also be sure to show the cap off and the condition of the potentiometer just under the battery as damage here would be a drop failure... which I'm sure this is what they need to see with their own eyes... keep returning like this is beginning to look like bulling IMHO.
Oh just got one
Must say I love it
I use pressed keif so I fill tube mostly with cotton wool small amount of keif then a final bit of cotton wool, whack up to 9 and wow massive clouds, not bad taste keeps going for ages, now what I like, and why I got, is the cap I can load up with as much as I like and just pop I'm my pocket, no fear of breaking anything, also u can heat up with lid on with no smell
Not worried about warranty as I got of vapefiend so simple return
Welcome to Inhalation Nation... I too LOVE mine.... and have had to deal with customer service as well and have found them to be very fair and honest.... but also have experienced frustration... predominantly with communications & target dates as well but these types of issues often occur with smaller start ups.

Here are a couple of things you may want to eventually try;
1. If your looking to reduce load size and also get the added taste improvement.... get Glass....
2. as an experiment try starting off down around 6 or 7.... after you begin to finally notice the clouds are weakening in size and substance.... roll in up to 9 once the light is steady give it a 5 count then begin to draw....during the draw dial it back down to 7.... repeat until nothing left.....
The trick is to not leave it on 9 for too long as it will easily over cook or scorch.....enjoy :peace:

That my friend is exactly what i told them from the first moment,i would send any picture(high quality inside chamber potentiometer battery anything) Video of the failure. There answer was i should send again my unit back. As NF mentioned 600 is too much to have wasted on these people already. The person that i know that asked for refund actually is NF, and if you ask him he will tell you how much i supported inhalater in our convertations even in the hardest times.

Thanks old school will try all sorts eventually
Isn't the glass one just glass with the plasticky bit on the end, is the load size smaller?
Really need to reduce load size as only use leb, pressed keif and only use a tiny bit. About 2mm in total but that gets me 2 sessions. Cotton working well can't think of anything else, ha, just thought, I have some of them g5 glass spacers , just checked they fit nicely.
Will try a few things with them.
Any tips on cleaning the plasticky bit, can't scrape off even when hot, ISO?
Edit just tried that with the screens, bad idea took ages to heat and the battery ran out quickly, should have had 3-4 sessions left

No no the glass is all the way down it just has a layer on the outside of it to make for a nice snug fit so it doesn't slide out during use..... The glass is definitely a smaller load...

Don't laugh but I use tooth paste and a Q-tip w/ISO.... others swear by something else that is supposed to be super easy 3 letters but I forgot what that was as tooth paste seems to do pretty good.... I use Arm & Hammer... it is best to keep them clean as more build up begins to again effect taste....

Don't forget to reclaim all the THC butter/wax/tar that condenses along the inside walls of your caps....you will be so glad you did....... very pure and potent and can also be consumed using the Inhalater.....

Yes, very nice but it is really a step forward...?

Except about the size my Xp is better than my 05...so I prefer to wait for users reviews.

So what is different from the 05s?:)
Well actually there is going to be an INH06 "S" mod as well.....

The primary difference is the user now has a "Turbo or Boost" button they can depress which offers more control over the production of vapor... in the way of a more precise timing method....
Some will really like the added extra control over what is happening inside and others might prefer to just use it as they always have.... which is still an option.....
The INH06 series might best be viewed as an operational improvement....IMO....:peace:

The INH06 "S" version is a future release item as they are still waiting on some dedicated electronics and maybe some beta testing before releasing.....

Good News hearing the INH06 12.5W version i is now available....... I have 2 coming following my his and hers theme....... I will likely give them away as soon as the INH06 "S" mod is released.....

so something like a turbo boost huh? Im sold!:)

But I like it!
I'm sold on the S! What a bacon saver in cold weather walkies. Especially with a Boost option so no cooked herb (not cooked as quickly I'm guessing).

I've used jacket pocket and everything to help, and the 05s was just the machine for a cold windy snowy day vape break to really make your day :)

So my Inh05 has stopped working. It charges fine, but when I turn the dial to switch it on nothing happens. Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot/fix it as sending it back to Pharmacor will be a costly process from the UK.

Thats the 'lightly tap the base of the unit lightly, directly, and squarely on your knuckle, which is resting on a tabletop. Then test again and see if you have any luck. Repeat. It's likely the most common problem IIRC. Good luck!

I agree it does sound like it..... or perhaps better stated it is your best hope.... what happens is the contactor arm of the switch occasionally hits a dead spot.... I've had this happen a number of times after you see it a few times you will naturally begin the tapping and I also have restored operation by simply clicking on and off several times.... I'll also alternate using both techniques tapping & clicking....

A tiny application of WD40 or some other light oil helps with both the poor connection and prevention...:peace:

Thanks for the advice! Can't seem to get it working again with a combination of tapping and clicking. Anything I should try myself by opening the battery area? Not something I've ever done before but I can't break it anymore than it currently is! If I do end up having to send it back, how much is it for an upgrade to the 5s and would that replace any repair costs?

The last friend of mine that had an inhalater which stopped working 1 month before mine and he chose to pay for an upgrade he paid for the upgrade and inhalater said they sent a unit and stopped answering for more than a month. Now they answer and say they had sent it in wrong adress kai they have resent it. Now he just wants 100% refund since its been 1,5 month that he paid and received nothing. That is the reason that when my unit broke i wasnt willing to send it back or pay for upgrade. Because i have been through the trouble that my friend is going now more than once with the company and every time same situations. Its good for him that opposite to me he choices to stop this interaction with such a bad company instead on spending more money on them like i did.

You are correct again that is your next/last hope before sending back.... I have also experienced but very rarely when some sort of condition would cause the unit to ignore all attempts to turn it back on and I discovered that removing power completely from the unit {remove battery} would wake it back up so it is likely worth a try.... I recommend placing it in your hand upside down and using your thumb strength to pop off the cap.... I like to turn it to the off position then push on the dial above the "auto" as this is directly across from the ribbon cable... less likely to harm it there....

I do believe the upgrade was $100 last I remember hearing...... and if it is still under warranty {2 years} so it likely is......then repairs will fall under that..... if it didn't suffer a nasty fall possibly voiding warranty but ask nicely and I trust they will work with you..... I have NOT had any of the problems EH speaks of therefore I suggest open honest dialog should serve you well.....

OH P.S. be sure to tuck the ribbon back under the cap before you try to snap the cap back on.... also it is very important to make sure the cap is lined up correctly.... if NOT CERTAIN... I will try to click it on and off to insure that the cap has accepted the switch post properly..... no big deal really once you see how its supposed to go back together it gets easier and easier..... I swap batteries whenever I go to the beach for an extended relaxation period........ its common for me to often use 2 sometimes 3 batteries.

man it's easy. Don't give up. try phoning back. Try to BUY into their idea. Tell them you love them Tell them you're a huge fan. Stop trying to WIN. just keep calling back and trying to CONNECT WITH THEM. hopefully this will get resolved in time.

good luck. INhalater's products rule. Just keep reminding them you like them. THey'll be your friend in this strange unfair world, but let the conversation start there. As a customer that LOVES their products. Company's never fail those customers.

I can't for the life of me get the cap off haha. Twisted to off position, putting all my thumb strength into pushing the dial where auto is (I think I just have weak thumbs!). They sure haven't made removing the battery easy!

Edit: I got it off! Took the battery out and put it back in, still no joy. Anything else to try? Or is it time to send it back over the Atlantic?
