I must say my experiences so far with VapeWorld have been very positive. I just placed on order on the phone last week and the guy that helped me was quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

But I think they should have a better policy when it comes to returns of defective merchandise. I repeatedly asked via email and when I was on the phone about the quality control of their quickdraw 300 because I had heard it was a re-branded v2 series 3 that have had quite a few problems. I was told that they have not heard of any problems with this unit. I had it for two days, used it maybe 5 times and it started to combust the herb. I have to pay $11.25 to send it back and when I asked if they would reimburse me or give me a credit of some sort the best they could offer was 10% off my next purchase but this can't be used on sale or discounted merchandise.

This leave a bad taste in my mouth in more than one way. Sears which I consider a dinosaur and on their way out even takes back returns for free if there is an issue and when I had a problem with my snow blower last year Home Depot exchanged it twice by sending UPS to pick it up right from my house. I should also point out that I offered to drop the item to get a replacement at their depot here in the GTA and was told that was not possible either.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I appreciate your comments and agree that your return process should have been more convenient and streamlined. We often provide return shipping labels in cases like yours (when a product isn't working properly within a few days of receipt); I apologize if this wasn't offered to you. Once we receive the returned item, our general policy is to repair or replace it, but no solution is one-size-fits-all and we always do our best to accommodate other requests. Of course, we always cover the shipping costs when sending the repaired/replaced unit back to you. Our goal is to get you back to a happy and satisfied vaping experience asap. Please PM me your order # at your convenience. :)

I want to shout out to @VapeWorld
Thanks for getting me help.
As many have learned, I had my vaporizers all taken from me, during a raid on my home.
A report went into the police that I was "dealing Narcotics", due to the 3 or 4 patients per day that have been coming here and leaving with free vaporizers.
I was not arrested, and no charges were filed against us, because they did not find what they expected.
They did however take all cash in the house, including Patty's envelope for water heater and furnace replacement which was only a week away from being installed.
They also took my meds, consisting of a few ounces of flowers, and a few grams of wax.
They got all of my essential oils (63 bottles) used for aromatherapy.
Finally all vapes were taken, including dozens of them that were set for free placement in patients homes.
@VapeWorld came to the rescue.
Besides donating to a legal fund to get us aimed toward legal representation,
I was able to get a Volcano again.
This has made me able to start functioning again.
Thanks guys!

None of the discount codes currently work. Can anyone confirm and validate this?
I've tried: EFFCEE
As well as: 5-OFF-13
The site states neither of these are valid discount codes.

That first code should be EFFSEE with an S not a C. It worked for me just now when I tried it (although I believe not all vapes are eligible for this discount). I don't know about the other code you listed...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @biojuggernaut.
There was a brief error with the codes but they should now be working properly.

@Derrrpp is correct that the code should be EFFSEE for 12% off.

We've edited our old posts to remove code 5-OFF-13 as it was only a 5% discount.

Please note that we are unable to apply this code to select products. You can view the exclusions here.

Let us know if there is anything we can help with!

Cheers,
The VapeWorld Team

Caveat emptor! I should not be too harsh on vapeworld, since I failed to notice a lack of detail in the description of the item I purchased, but I wish the return / rma / re-order process was smoother.

I bought my first vaporizer from vapeworld years ago, so I came back to purchase the new Haze, but I'm a little disappointed. I assumed vapeworld was selling the newly released V3 version of the Haze, but I received the older V2.5 version. In addition, the return process will take weeks, and may involve a 20-50% fee according to the lady I just talked to from Vapeworld. Ouch! That's an expensive lesson!

Lesson learned: perhaps I should have called instead of ordering online, but I don't really like talking to people so I prefer ordering online.

I am out of the USA at this time, so I buy online also. Did the picture say v 2.5 or v 3?

before you spend any money or return to / through vapeworld, go to the Haze thread and ask the Haze rep for help.

Another unhappy ending to the replacement I received from VapeWorld, my newest quickdraw 300 started burning my herb.

After some back and forth via emails, I was given a fair credit and exchange (honoring a sale price).

Just got off the phone with my new order, the credit has been applied. The whole process was a bit lengthy but I feel VapeWorld stood behind their product and gave me a fair deal.

Doin' shit, keepin' fit, and too legit to quit.
I ordered a Dr. Dabber Light from our friends at VapeWorld, and am very happy with the service provided. Fast shipping, sweet Cyber Week sale, and a solid product.

One question for @VapeWorld: what are the chances you will start carrying the 5-packs of the atomizers for Dr. Dabber kits? Buying single atomizers (from any retailer) is a pretty steep way to keep my pen running.. I'm a bit concerned it won't be affordable.

Thanks in advance!

Question, I am trying to checkout on the Canadian side and I was sure you took Paypal? Do you?

One more thing, I am trying to retrieve my password but I am not getting an email, I got an email that I forgot something in my cart but no password reset email.

Also, any freebies or discounts for the FF2 pre-orders for FC members?

Any info on when your FF2 preorders are going to ship? FF seems to be getting the black units out pretty quickly now according to the thread.

I don't recommend vapeworld. Not only are they very slow to ship and replying to emails, they make mistakes more often than they get things right. It started with all my summit Rmas. It took over 20 weeks to receive 3 different units (all defective) and my eventual refund along with many mistakes and broken promises. Last Thursday I bought a persei and a few things from the cyber week sale(50% off sucked me back in). I had to email them asking about my shipping and today they emailed back saying they don't have any more persei vapes and also they didn't feel like shipping my other stuff out. I shouldn't have to think I'm bothering someone when I try to spend my money with them. Vapeworld makes me feel like an annoyance every time I email them including today, definitely not like they appreciate the business. I really hope FC considers removing thier ads and taking them off the retailers list. Comparing vapeworld to others on that list, especially PIU, is like comparing apples to a moldy orange. the only redeeming thing about them is that they give out a really nice freebie grinder with vape purchase. Also they did not attempt to rectify this situation at all, usually with thier many continuous mistakes I get a free grinder or container or overnight shipping but, they did nothing to make up for thier mistake this time.
