Nausea: The Monster

The thing about the cultures on the Ultra Blend I mentioned above is that they are made only in Oregon by a doctor here and they have specific properties, like attacking bad bacteria, that make them stand out from all the others.

I have one more supplement I'm going to share with you guys soon. It is a plant which is well known for its healing properties.

That plant does not heal anything. Aloe Vera OTOH does . . . :)

So my magic formula is L-Glutamine, Ultra Blend probiotics, and APMC Aloe Vera capsules. This video will teach you about mannose, glutathione, your immune system, leaky gut, and how aloe vera can help.

Aloe vera is the ultimate healing plant. Aloe vera is known to help boost your immune system, balance your body, protect it from stress. APMC 500 contains special adaptogens, a fiber blend and as much as 10-times the active ingredient (Acemannan), found in many leading aloe products.

Mannose is one of eight important glyconutrients needed by the human body. Glyconutrients are sugars used by cells in the body to produce glycoproteins and glycolipids, substances that assist with cellular communication.

Aloe vera is a good source of mannose. Mannose is mainly responsible for aloe vera’s immune-boosting power. One of aloe vera’s active ingredients in mannose is acemannan. Acemannan has shown to enhance the capabilities of the immune system and be an effective treatment for a multitude of viruses.

The original use of the Aloe plant was in the production of Aloin, a yellow sap used by the pharmaceutical industry for many years as a laxative ingredient. Aloe vera gel has been used as a base for nutritional drinks, as a moisturizer, and a healing agent in cosmetics and medicines since the 1950s.

There are over 250 species of aloe grown around the world. Two species are grown commercially: Aloe barbadensis Miller and Aloe aborescens. In the United States, most of the Aloe is grown in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, Florida and Southern California. Aloe is also found in Mexico, India, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Australia and Africa.

Funny I use a powdered aloe in growing my herb. I use a 200x organic powdered aloe at 1/4 tsp per gallon for a general plant tonic.

Another of my herb potions is powdered coconut water powder. (yes dehydrated coconut water, not milk) I use it for a growth stimulant. It's also full of healthy things. In fact coconut water can be used as blood in transfusions. It's actually an embreotic fluid for the seed. Very healthy.

Yesterday was a bad day, but I don't feel as bad this morning. Hubby actually had to pull the car over so I could throw up yesterday on the way to the grocery store. Hubby and our daughter wanted to take me right home, but I wanted to get the shopping done. I'm sick of my health getting in the way of getting everyday things done. :disgust:

I understand and am sorry Vicki.
Since my unfortunate incident on May 18th, I have had the Monster living in my back pocket for weeks.
I finally about 2 days ago was able to finlly build up enough cannabinoids in my system to stabilize my control over the beasts presence.
Yesterday I was able to leave home for an hour and a half..... likely the longest attempt in 3 weeks.
My medicine helps me, and keeps me on top of this.
@Vicki I pray for you to feel well... and also pray for you to understand that you are not disappointing your loved ones when you have to pull over.
Have a golden day!

I almost lost it yesterday, cramps and nausea just from mowing the lawn at midday for a couple of hours. No more midday yardwork, two summers ago I was puking on a regular basis from trying to "work through it". Screw that, I could die from heatstroke because my body's thermo-regulatory system seems broken. Now when this happens I sit down in the shade immediately, go and cool off when I have the strength, and take a salt pill like I should have before working. I need to figure this out, meanwhile I take more precautions.

Vicki, I gotta say, I admire your attitude! And sometimes that attitude will pull you through, when weaker folks would stop. Best of luck going forward.

Vito, I just wanted to stop in here and say that I hope the monster has been leaving you alone due to what happened. I would have the monster trying to get me as well and was saddened to see that it wasn't leaving you alone. But I am glad you seem to be getting it under control.

I just read the thread about your situation and am incredibly sorry that you had to go through all of that nonsense. Life seems to punish the good people. It's depressing.

I hope things work out well for you in fighting your newest monster. You are a very incredible guy and I think that you will pull through just fine once all the facts are out there. At least that is my hope. I wish I could send you some meds, but we know that would not be a wise idea. Just remember, you are still a fighter, even if you have hung up your literal gloves.

Much love Vito!

Yes @ataxian.
Filling the senses that cause memories, slow down the part of brain that causes Nausea.
Scents.....
Sounds.....
The sounds make it fun also because it is innately attention focusing.
They call the process redintegration.
When the memory process is in gear, The lower brain stem is involved.... channeled.
Both nausea and vomiting are controlled by a place in the lower part of the brain in the region called the brain stem.
I never speak or teach about music therapy, while I talk a great deal about aromatherapy.
My Olfactory sense is what engages this the most effectively for me.
Auditory senses (Auditory memory, auditory closure, and even auditory discrimination are examples).
I am glad that you have pinpointed the sense that when engaged is helpful to shut down the areas that call to the MONSTER.

I've been doing surprisingly well with my nausea these last months. I'm not sure what happened or what changed? I don't want to question it too much though! Taking any and all victories with open arms, no matter how big or small. My mom even mentioned how she has noticed a change in me, though my weight is still not where I would like it to be it hasn't gotten as bad as I used to be. My specialist has been very happy with how I have been these last few months, he even mentioned that I was looking a lot better (barring a recent hospitalization again!!) Hope you all are doing alright as well...

I was looking a lot better
That started my Labor Day off well.
Feel great, @Quetzalcoatl... keep it up.
I feel well also.
About the time of the raid, I was back up to my normal weight. I got there eating a great deal of cannabutter and Ice Cream.
I was eating a good deal of red meat too.....
My doctor of 35+ years retired at the time of the raid, at age 90.
I asked if I was OK because I had passed my normal weight of 151... and was 156.
He said "Don't worry, they are not going to charge you taxes on it!".
Later Patty and I ate more junk food, because for many months we were afraid to be in our disheveled home.
New Doctor.... Blood tests revealed that my cholesterol was 350.
I could not take statin drugs due to my muscular condition.
We gave up eggs, cheese, dropped to 1% milk which we drink rarely.
We always juiced, but we upped our game to a quart a day of Spinach, green apple, carrot, beet, ginger (big chunks of it), beets, squash, Tomatoes, kale, etc..
NO red meat... fish every day for the past 7-8 months.
My cholesterol has dropped below 200 in that short time.
My weight is a bit lower than before, but not bad.
It was just tested again a week ago and I will know the results tomorrow.
My health has improved since the resolution of life's troublesome adventure.
My diet is better and my Nausea has been under control for a few weeks now.
I eat a caramel, only when I can not fight the beast with Vapor alone, and it helps.
The Monster still lives here, but he does not seem to notice me much, and I am only needing an average of one caramel a day... and I have skipped one day lst week ... I was left alone.
Of course that day I had received two new units for patients that I needed to test out well.
That kept me using a vape all day long, and on those days the fog from the vapor hides me from the monster (that, or the meds are working... but the "fog" theory is more poetic)
I am grateful to hear you feel well, Quetz~

@Vitolo very kind words to @Quetzalcoatl !

We had a saying in the early 70's :

You are the best!
Always been the best!
You will always be the best!

I don't remember who said it?
It's still in my mind?

@Vicki having a family that loves you is real wealth!
@T-dub ALOE VERA been growing it for years. (SURFER'S love it!)

Nausea is a motherfucker for me. I wake up every morning with my stomach in knots.
I don't even want to get into my situation just wanted to say fuck nausea lol. Some days all I can eat is water crackers and I'm almost a year in remission now. Some bullshit I tell you guys I wish I could never eat, feel hungry, nauseated again in my life. It's still second to me to muscle/body fatigue tho... That shit has me feeling like an elderly when I'm only 35 years old.

I apologize in advance if any of this sounds like whining. I have read the prior posts and
it really has moved me emotionally.

In March 2010, my large intestine burst in the middle of the night.
Emergency surgery was performed and I barely survived. Woke up in recovery with a colostomy bag attached. This started a journey involving 5 surgeries. In the interim, I was diagnosed with cancer. Thats
a topic for another thread. Ever since, I have had ongoing nausea. It is random. I never know when it will happen or what causes it to happen. Sometimes, it can occur while I'm driving. It is the bane of my existence. The one medication that works is Zofran ODT. It is a miracle medication. The mmj really helps
mitigate the nausea as well.

I have been given and used Zofran subsequent to surgery and it worked very well at keeping the nausea from the anesthetic and narcotics at bay.

I certainly do feel for those posting here and in no way would compare my experiences with nausea with their chronic problems.

My only hope is for good health and a peaceful soul be granted to all of us here.

After two near death experiences and to be a cancer survivor, I consider myself to be both extremely fortunate and grateful for every second above ground. In my stays in icu, lots never left the door of that
hospital again.

In my instance, while on the the operating table, the local physician had to
finally admit that he was in over his head and called in a doctor from another hospital.
Thank goodness that specialist was available as he saved my life.
