Vaping vs every other route

OK guys I don't do mj anymore bc of family and legality but I really like to vape herbs for medicinal purposes. I want the mighty but my wife thinks that it will lead to me smoking mj again. It will actually fill my craving but I don't think she believes me.

So I need some wisdom on vaping benefits over humidifying oils or eating them that I can tell her.

I don't know how much help you'll find on this forum. Most vape marijuana around here. Maybe a good idea for your family to educate themselves on marijuana though. Are you allowed to drink alcohol?

Too bad about that. Yes, education about the plant may change her mind. My wife is good with me using, but after a whole lot of edge-a-ma-cation. Youtube baby.

She is against it bc it's illegal. I didn't realize mjs medicinal benefit until we were married. I have aspergers/adhd and it helps me function in so many ways.

Lawmakers are dragging their feet here in pa. The pharmaceutical companies have them in a greedy chokehold.

I do not drink. Was an alcoholic for years. Self medicating.

Most of us on FC have decided to fuckcombustion some smoke occasionally. As you read through the forum, most are satisfied with vaporizing. My husband didnt like the smoking but he's OK with me vaporizing. I never felt like I wanted to go back to the feeling of smoking. Quite a few of us can't tolerate smoking any longer and we no longer have the desire.

I think if you read through FC that will give you some food for thought. It will give you some conversation material regarding vaporizing.

This is the healthier route to go. You can use water vaporizing too. Edibles are hard to manage its easy to get too much. :uhoh:

Then it's too late, you have to wait for the effects to wear off. It can take quite a while. :ugh:

You can definitely get some benefits from vaping 'calming herbs' like chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower, etc.

I hope PA gets 'with it' soon, for your sake. Sounds like you could benefit from mmj for sure. My wife would be an easy call for a med card too, and I don't see medical mj being approved in my state for quite a while.

Yeah she is pretty uptight and ignorant on the subject.
I was so happy when I smoked. I had something to look forward to. Now I am anxious and very awkward socially bc my brain is wired differently. So it's also hard for me to find dealers bc I do not speak the lingo.
Just moved here. If I can't vape then I am going back to mj.

I'm not sure about your situation, but with my wife I had to give her examples of all kinds of people getting relief and getting healed from MMJ. I think I talked to her for 3 to 4 years about it, not telling her that I was going to get my MMJ card eventually. So about a year and a half ago I just went and got it and came home with it and showed it to her and she was a little shocked, but she wasn't that pissed and now she's pretty good with it. She has actually vaped with me a few times over the last year or so. We are in our mid fifties, and she had never used before. I used to use it heavily back in the seventies, so I wasn't totally ignorant of what it was about. Now, she tells anybody that will listen, about the medical benefits of it. I'm pretty proud of her. Just wish she would party with me a little more hahaha!

Wow joker that's pretty awesome That you had the patience to go through that with her.
I went to church with my parents recently and a guy stood up and said that they would not support medical marijuana in the state (Arkansas). The whole church cheered Amen!!
I realized how brain washed people have become but for a church to support highly addictive man made drugs over a natural non addictive plant is ridiculous.

This negative stigma of mj might take a few more years to overcome. Luckily my generation is coming to power to end the ignorant bs That surrounds mj.

Umm sorry bout the rant.

This thread is a good start for researching other herbs and their benefits.

However, this forum is a great resource for finding information to give your wife regarding your being able to use cannabis and why. Start in the Medical Forum. There are tons of threads addressing everything from nausea to Asperger's. Perhaps you will find something there that will help your wife understand the benefits of marijuana for you. In fact, encourage her to join the forum and do some reading and question asking herself.

Not to derail this thread, but chances are that hemp oil was part of the holy oils that Jesus and the Apostles anointed themselves with. The same oil was said to have healing powers. Now I don't know of any pharmaceuticals or other modern drugs mentioned in the Bible, but there was a lot of holy oil.

Yep. Most churches have adopted traditions of society and have forgotten what Jesus really stood for. In fact, those type of people crucified Jesus.

Don't try to tell them that though. I did and was shunned til I left that church.

I'd replace tell with ask, but hell ya! Love it!

Edit: Do what makes you happy, especially if it concerns your health and so what if it's against the law. Be smarter than them!!, 28 years a criminal here with no issues..It's legal here though now.
