Washington Medical Mess? Not really: Washington decides not to shut down dispensaries

Washington medical marijuana patients: The day that we have fought so hard against has arrived. The Washington state Senate and House of Representatives have passed SB#5052, which is expected to be signed into law by Governor Inslee, in order to funnel business from small, independent dispensaries to big-agriculture, 502 stores.

We will not go away quietly! There is hope: I-1372 was filed on January 6, and SB 5052 was filed on January 11, if the People’s initiative qualifies and gets approved, it supersedes 5052.

Stand up for your rights, and gather petition signatures for Initiative 1372 “An Initiative Measure No. 1372 to Protect & Strengthen RCW 69.51A” and tell the state that we want to be able to retain our dispensaries and not be forced into 502 stores:
