In my situation it was a faulty GonG, it never fit the Nano properly, and the interior wasn't properly shaped for the screen. Andy asked me to RMA the GonG, said he had a new batch of adjustable GonGs, and it will be delivered tomorrow along with 2 additional glass screen GonGs and 1 fixed screen stem that I ordered :peace:

I will try your screen methods and advice this weekend, thanks.

All good.... just I do it probably about once every month or two as needed and takes like 5 minutes to do a few. If you adjust often and/or pull them for cleaning, they will get banged up and need stretching or replacing.

Glad you got your GonG issue worked out. It happens. Seems like Andy is still looking for someone who can keep up with volume and be consistent. I probably have 5 or 6 GonG adapters around here (and have ordered a few others for friends). No 2 from separate orders are the same. Fortunately mine from Epic have all worked fine, though.

What does channel 5 taste like? I can't wait until tv's have smell-o or taste-o vision :rockon:

Wouldn't worry about it @SnidelyWhiplash . Most others do the same. Since nano is simple to get vapor out of right out of the box, most seem to think that is it. Trust me.... once you get more of a feel for it, it continues to get better. I call it primary and secondary function (kind of like primary and secondary stability with a kayak if you're familiar). Primary = turn it on, load and vape. Get vapor no problem. Secondary = performance after you get a feel for it. For most people this increases quite a bit in first month or so of use as you and your nano bond. Like so many things in life, just because you get it to work doesn't mean you've made it work well. Once you feel like it is doing great, start playing with variables (temp, screen, load size, grind, etc) a little at a time to really dial it in to your personal preferences. Even changing your bubbler set-up (especially with everything you have going on) will change things up a bit.

For others that have seen this same bit from me before (at least a couple times now with this one I think), please excuse the repeat. One of these days I'm going to start copying and cataloging posts so I can just paste as necessary instead of typing the same shit every 20 or 30 pages! :D Or, at least keep track of what posts are where so easy to refer back.

Anyone using that little glass essential oil cup? I just put some clove oil and another oil in it to try. It's set to 6.5. I thought I had some lavender but can't find it.

Right now I have the nano on my nightstand, mostly because, at a great surprise to me, my wife wants to sneak in, and take an ossasional hit during the day. Most of my vaping is in my man cave.

I know lavender goes with sleep, so I'm curious to here how others are using the oil cup thingy.

I like Lemongrass during the day and Lavender at night. I bought some Nag Champa oil but it really doesn't work that well.
