Good morning everyone! Been taking it easy the last couple days, just laying round and not getting in any hurry. Sucks too! My dr. said that I may still have some fluid in my ear, she can not see that well. She told me to stay on my antihistamine and hopefully that would clear it up soon. She also said that I may have to go to physical therapy, I was like say what??? She said its new that they get ya to do exercises with your head to shake up what the fluid so it will release. Hmmm a good friend of mine said to shake my head and that would do the same thing, so Ive been a shaking! Still got this freaking dizziness! She gave me some meds for vertigo which do not work or at least dont help me any. She said the I may have to go to an ENT dr for further investigation. So thats where I am at.

@steama Wow what a nice find, those knives are so well done! Super detailed and very well made! Bog Oak is some really nice stuff and I cant wait to get my load in, hope I am in better shape to get it worked up. May take a couple weeks to get here.

@Ed's TnT I finally got a chance to use that custom hammer stem you made for me...my hammer was being flaky so i bought the hammer pro via that 420 deal. That stem is BEAST MODE!!!! I did flowers and some concentrates in it...works like a CHAMP....Keep up the good work my friend and let me know when you get the Lily stems worked out...gots to have one of those..

Good morning everyone, gosh wish I had better news but dont. This dizziness comes and goes, just when I think its gone, bamb there ya go here is some more! Just got an apt with a specialist next week. Was hoping it would happen sooner but is not the case, it is what it is and thats how its going to be. Have had some great times with my boys, my 11year old had an art show on Tuesday, he placed with several of his paintings and drawings, even got a 1st place! Was so proud of him! My youngest had a great ballgame Monday evening, he was really nailing the ball from the first pitch and was moving around those bases. He is only 6 and is nothing like the others on his team. I know you have seen em when they are this young that when the ball goes past em 5 or 6 kids will all follow piling up trying to be the one to get it, not him he sticks to his position and stays focused. Alot of the parents were saying wow how good he is and what a warm feeling I got from that. He is a great kid! Oh yeah what a dang load of Bog Oak I got in the other day, I cant believe how quickly it got here and just how amazing these pieces look, most are really black black but some have some color and vibrant light tones, man oh man I cant wait to get to feeling better. My guy there in the UK did me up, my good friend there did a lot of leg work for me and the dealer really did me a number, what a couple of guys!

@Jokermachine Thanks for posting up, I really want to say thank you for posting the video, I have been doing those exercises but have not found any relief, it sucks. I have been doing the leaning back and then leaning forward tucking my head and thats when the real dizziness happens. I am looking for any solution and hoping I find one soon. Thanks for thinking of me bro!

@hoyo77 Well its about time you tried that thing, I have been waiting to know how it was performing, super glad to hear you dig it! Thats what its all about, I am happy you are happy! Let me shake this crap and will get ya right as soon as I can!

Glad to see you back here posting... we all miss you!!! One thing is sure - even though this off-balance thing is a horrible nuisance, know that it will pass and is not a permanent malady. These things happen and sometimes we just don't know why. The body goes out of balance and then regains it. Often we can't rush it - it just happens on it's own until restored. You'll see... be at peace as best you can and let it happen. God bless!

Morning Ed..sorry to hear you havent shaken this crap yet..hope they can do something better at the specialists...I would love to have a bog wood stem..one that has the vibrant colors and tones..and one of the snakewood stems..when you are feeling better to do them let me know more details..thanks..big hugs and take care of yourself.

Glad you are having good times with your sons..My son also paints Id love to see a pic of his that won him first place!

Good morning everyone, I hope all is well out there! Wow wow wow is all I can say, my youngest had an amazing ballgame last night! He is 6 yall, will be 7 in Oct. he is playing coach pitch ball with a bunch of young young boys. You know the age when 4 or 5 youngens will run for the ball all at one time no matter where it is hit on the field. Well he aint the one nor one of em! He has got a great head for the game and an eye for the ball. He knows his position and plays it well. He started out the night nailing the first pitch making a solid base hit, a couple batters later he was scoring. When it was their time on the field, coach put him at the mound backing him up. He stopped the first two hits, batters still made it to first, no sweat, no errors. Third one to bat he tagged the boy out running to first, then it was game on for the rest of the night! He was hitting steady each time at bat, throwing em out at first and home, tagging em out where he could, but not trying to be the star of the team. He isnt like that nor does he seek it, he knows what he supposed to do and does it the best he can. He really really took on the spirit of the game last night and had us all rooting for him, coaches were lifting him up and his team did an awesome job. To finish off the night coach gave him the game ball, wow what a night! My heart is still full of joy, excitement and enthusiasm for him! Spent earlier in the day at my surgeons for a check up, he has referred me to a specialist for my issue in Birmingham, Alabama thursday. As I said its not a big deal but an issue that needs dealing with. They are supposed to have the tools and knowledge that he doesnt have. I was supposed to go to my dizzy dr thursday but my apt in Bham is not something I can put off. Will be going there next week. I have been thinking about what it will be like to get one of those handicapped tags for my truck, wont be any more parking at the back of the line at Walmart!

Anyway, got some pics from one of my dealers in the UK, this is a log and billets of Bog Oak he got from Ireland!

@Reflections I am so glad you like it! Thats exactly what I am going to do, gotta get a frame for it as soon as I can. I had a great friend see that pic and offered to send my son some painting and art stuff, he told me that boy has an eye and he knows an artist when he sees one, was so nice to hear. At times I feel as I cant do anything right but when I see what my boys can and do, I cant help but think I must have done something right! Gosh I love their smiles and love sharing their joy, what blessings God has given me!

Awesome story @Ed's TnT thanks for that, I'm sure you've thought of this but get a display case for that ball! I remember when my knothole league coach gave me a gameball, immense pride and satisfaction! Unfortunately I didn't have a case and just laid it up amongst trophies, later on a friend accidentally at least he claims used it and lost it while we were playing home run derby.

That bog oak is going to have some stories to tell my man, lookin good. Hope your feeling better too, take it easy!

But so sorry to hear your vertigo is still a problem. The vid that Jokermachine posted is a real good one. I hope it brings you some relief.

@SSVUN~YAH Excellent idea bro, I had it in mind and just found one one Amazon where they have it on a neat walnut board which houses the ball and they have a card case to the side, its only $10! I can do a little photo shopping also so I am going to cut him out of a pic and get a card made for him also! Watch out he is gonna trip out! The Bog Oak is top shelf stuff man, cant wait!

@Reflections Its all joy, always joy the times with them! I want to let you in on a little secret, I may have told ya in our talks, few know here and most dont, I smoked cigarettes for a long time since I was 14, I have just recently quit!!! Going on almost a month since my last, I feel I am over the hump of em but still get a hankering for one from time to time here and there. I am trying to get on a health kick and get my body in order. I have been wanting to start really exercising and getting more so active now adays. Been stretching and what not when I can, doing some walking even. I am trying to take it one habit at a time! My good friend told me if you can do anything for 21 days then its a habit so little by little I am dropping the old and picking up the new!

@momofthegoons You make me smile mom, I remember back then when you joined, I wanna say I was not long before, maybe same time, mighta been just after, I dont remember its been quite a while, my how much time has gone by! Thanks for the time you took stopping by, you always have a place in my heart! I have done the exercise many times in Jokermachine video, its just not helping, get really dizzy when I tuck my head over between my legs, just cant get right!

@Melting Pot These new fangled phones we got these days I be popping off pics all the time! Heck I had 50-60 that had to load to dropbox this morning, lol! I hope I do too, I aint quite in the shop just yet, kinda been milling around hoping I get this wiggle worm worked out my head ASAP!

Good morning, I hope all is well! I am taking it easy today, getting stuff packed to go Bham in the morning. I have never been they say the traffic there is freaking horrible! I so hate that, I am an in and out kinda guy anywhere I go, I got a list, I know where the stuff is at, and now they have those dandy scan and pay yourself checkouts so its on like donkey kong! Google maps says its a 4 hour drive, I am leaving a couple hours earlier, if traffics not that bad great, ill get there early enough to stop and get some lunch.

@peterpiper Hello there, I am sorry for all the teasing am doing with the wood posts, I just get so excited and have to show off what I have. Dont really have anyone round here I can show what I have or what I do. Most folks are like vapes what? Bog Oak uhhh?? What do you do??? Its just easier to not say anything. I just had my guy cutting up bushings for the Air stems yesterday, I think I may have enough for 120. The SS for the Air stems is quite expensive, 12 feet of it cost me as much as 40 feet of SS that I use for the Solo bushings. Give me a little more time my man, still waiting on the guy to ship the Irish bog oak to me and still have quite a bit of work to get out of the way ASAP. Send me a PM or email and lets talk about it though if ya like. Be good to get on the same page before hand.

@rosedale My man, how you been??? They are like most all else, kinda on hold at this moment but still on the list of stuff to do with a big red star beside it! Gotta get right and then Ill get em right bro.

@steama You are that, a very patient and very cooperative guy, I cant thank you enough for all your help and thoughtfulness for what I do! Got guys asking about the Lily quite a bit, its gonna be a hit ticket item. Got to see some drs. this week and next, hope to have a handle on these nagging issues soon. I hope you are doing good!

What's up Ed? Class is almost out for summer, the it's time for 40+ a week at work and fishing every spare minute I have. I haven't forgotten about my iolite stem, but it might be a few weeks, I'll also need a hammer stem for on the water. Have a good day, peace and good vibes bro!

BBQ is grounds for a fight in Bham, but might I suggest a visit to a very special rib called Dreamland, where all that is served is ribs with white bread and sauce. If time permits, Golden Rule is also one of the best in town.

A shame we will be missing each other, I am heading into Bham next weekend...

@FlyingLow Ohhhh man, I googled Dreamland and I gotta say that looks like my kinda joint!!! I might be a little off my rocker but I sure havent lost my appetite, I gotta go to Dreamland! It is a freaking shame we gonna miss each other, Id get you a whole slab and we could just get stupid messy, what a shame! Maybe next time chief!
