. I just put some on the screen, let it warm and go for it slowly. So far the stems get pretty hot so I think its just a matter of surface area. I will try adding a w9 ti coil in the stem for starters.

If you have a dabber or even the hammer nail you should apply your dab in the heat exchanger once it's heated..
I use cotton from a cotton ball for this video.. Or maybe a qtip..

I hope to see you posting good results, I normally have my dial maxed out and peek into the exchanger to see if it's glowing, but it's normally good in 30 to 45 seconds. For convection you may want a good minute for starting. I normally place stems after heat right before I hit and remove after to clear.

Edit, I like your glass work also, it's got some viewing distance (I cant see shit up close anymore). I am thinking maybe a tall rig with a straight look down into the furnace for easier dabbing for me. Or a whip would work well.

So I'm not quite sure on a few things either..out of the box with the pro edition does anything have to be manually put on with the gaskets or orrings? Or is it already installed and the ones provided are extra?seems like a really tight fit putting the stem in right out of box..

Mine came with everything on it. You should see a small silicone ring first then a black ring.

I normally twist stems on. The extra pieces are extra pieces. I wish I had my old rubber gaskets or the older lock on stem design. Mflb tubing doesn't fit the Hammer stems.

how far do you guys noirmally fill the stem up with flowers?and it twist on then ignite or do you ignite and warm up then attach stem?sorry for the complete noob questions..i have read whole thread but I know the pro is very similar but most of thread is the og hammer..

It's not similar they are identical except the Pro just has a blocker for butane exhaust. But that addition shouldn't affect how you use it.
I load just enough to cover the screen or half the bowl at the most. Load first, then start heat up, around the 30 second mark I twist on my stem and began the inhale. I don't let go of the button until 5 seconds into my inhale. If I'm planning another hit I leave the lock on stem connected. 3 to 8 second preheat then begin inhale and let go of button when I feel the Hammer outputting a good amount of vapor.

I pack very little.def cover screen but not too much more..light pack..I keep red dial on about 75 percent..and hold trigger down for about 30 second..then take draw while still holding..draw for five or so and release trigger while still pulling..if not feeling heat or amazing taste then heat bout 8 seconds then start draw and about 5 seconds into it then release trigger and keep drawing..once u get vapor then keep repeating process til abc is toasty..lol..it takes a bit to get a routine down but once you do..its on..

Does anyone know if the butane exhaust blocker (?is this the name of it) will be available for sale separately so I can put one on my Hammer?
They definitely need more custom stems. I love my current one but I need one for exclusive use with the hammer and one for exclusive use with my underdog. They still have a few in stock but nothing my style.
