Give it some more time. Both my mine took 35-45 days to get here. Don't try to understand the USPS/Customs, they are not the brightest. Also some people above mentioned theirs doing the same thing but they still got the packages a few days later. You can also call the USPS for additional info you cannot get just from the tracking number. They can, for instance, double check that the address is correct and redirect if need be (extra money).

I've sold quite a few things on ebay and amazon though, so I have a different perspective. You are still in the shipping window most of us experience and you are wanting your money back. The problem is that it is still on its way to you. No way I would refund your money until I have confirmation that you have shipped it back to me. I'm a small seller though and feel any refund/returns or people that try to scam. Which brings me to my next point, the cost of refunds/exhanges are built into the cost of the products (well if you know what you are doing). This means the more refunds/exhanges the more the price will increase (by small amounts) for a given product. Now if you have a broken piece or you never get your product, you should absolutely get a refund/return/replacement. In your case however, IMO think it is selfish and maybe you regretted purchasing in the first place or worried about it not working or something. This is completely fine to be this way, but please don't purchase from places like DH gate. Especially if you are extremely worried about shipping time, quality, customer service, etc. You may have an awesome experience or you may have the worse (hopefully getting your money back). But cancelling before you even know the outcome (after the item has shipped) isn't understanding the system and totally putting the seller in a bad place.
Even the folks that ordered the eggs and then cancelled (before shipping) I don't completely agree with (should have waited to order until people got theirs first), but at least it wasn't completely self serving as it got CCG to understand (in dollars) the gravity of the situation and also fix any miscommunication with @blankrider and get him a new piece. I don't expect everyone to share these same views (I never really thought about the seller much until I became one), but it sounds like most others feel pretty much the same way.

From your comments it appears purchasing from this type of overseas vendor is new for you? If so it may not be your cup of tea as getting frustrated about the shipping is basically a requirement for DHglass deals. Plus, you seem to be complaining about the vendor, when in this case, it is not the vendor's fault rather the domestic end of the shipping carrier, therefore a bit unfair to peg the manufacturer for the delay. I think this is the root of the issue you are having with people's responses to you, not that you are getting frustrated, but that you are blaming the wrong organization for it.

You seem to be misinformed.

Do some research in this thread, use the search function, but many people have had orders sit around forever, or go to another state farther from them before coming to there state. This is not in the hands of any VENDORS at dhgate and until your order is marked delievered at the wrong adress, all your doing by filing a dispute is causing stress on the sellers end. They arnt to blame, USPS is.

No, you did not. It is just that those who have been reading (and or posting) longer have a better feel for how long things take and are less concerned when something is delayed. As I posted earlier, fast shipping times is a relatively new situation and many of us appreciate it, but don't always expect it.

Complaining might have been a less charged word. It's not hard to remain respectful, even when we disagree. It's also pretty easy to not take disagreement personally, especially when we ack that text doesn't always give us cues to help clarify intent... ;)

Except it won't do any good. As been pointed out the vendor in China can't do anything about shipments beyond their points of control. As to shipping problems in the states I would suggest dealing with and seeking any clarification from the state side carrier here as well owing to the fact that the folks in China are too far removed from your current concerns.

@mutten840 I ordered that piece last summer for $30 USD from Sunshine Store's front on Aliexpress, I think it's sold as a D020-Q.

Yes it does vortex nice, no it is not a good one to use for vaping. It's more of a novelty piece that I use every few months for combusting with friends. It is epic though.. loud and you have to pull pretty hard to get it started. Massive hits as well, but again, as a combustion piece.

I recieved my CCG eggs today. Overall they are pretty cool. I wasnt much into the kathy eggs look, these are a little better. The rip pretty nicely, mine all have 6 holes in the percs. I do have a few complaints. First was none of the female GonG are actually level. The one in the first picture on the left is most level and the right the most angled. Second, I ordered mine with ceramic nails, which are total jank and wont fit in any female GonG I have and have some weird shiny crap in their dish. Ill post a picture of it. And third is there is some red colored tooling mark on 2 of the 3 percs that I cant get off, I have only tried rubbing alcohol and hot water so far. Ill post a picture of that.
Great for the price, but theres alot of room for improvement. Also one is slightly taller than the other 2.

well heres my fab egg video, i have found nothing wrong with it. function is perfect. maybe having shower head slits instead of pinholes would allow better air flow but the drag isn't bad AT ALL

that scratching sound is from the ripples on the glass its sitting on in the beginning of the video. the bottom of the fab egg is completely smooth and solid



sorry i don't have a tripod for my canon t3

edit: this is the ceramic combo it comes with (female domeless and carb cap)

the domeless seemed to crackle on heating so i put it away lol.

What do the CCG eggs do to flavor? It doesn't seem like as much diffusion as other pieces. I would think it might be like a recycler with a simple perc.

By no means is this thing small. I was surprised at how big this thing actually was when i pulled it out the bubblewrap

I believe it is all from China (Hyman is the source IIRC?) just at a much more reasonable markup. About half the price of most of CFABs stuff.

Nice vid!

I have noticed that I like the egg the most with my more restrictive vapes and nails. You don't notice the drag as much from the perc because of the restriction from the vape or nail, especially if using a carb cap.

I sure hope they release a new egg with a better perc with bigger holes. I cleaned mine tonight and all 6 pin holes were coated with reclaim. I've only used it 5 times :\
