I know cracks are natural with wood. Is this type of crack normal? I was thinking about showing Epic vape but maybe this is natural.
Certainly not natural! It's part of the challenge that comes with turning wood. My friend turns bowls all the time, and no matter how hard he tries, there's always that one in a hundred that cracks. If a crack doesn't form within the first month of use, it most likely will never crack.
Your wood is covered under warranty, you can get it replaced without any trouble. Go to the website and request an RMA to start the process.
(Note the crack will not affect performance of the vape, but it's smart to get it replaced before it gets worse!)

@CarolKing as others said I would contact them, also you can move your silicone guard down towards the bottom so it covers the hottest part of the glass.

I don't have my nano yet, it's in the mail, but I'm concerned about weed crumbs falling on the heating element. Is it something I should be worried about?
I plan on getting a J-hook or something but in the mean time I will sandwich my loads between 2 screens. Is there anybody else doing this here? Does it affect performance for very small loads? Do you need to get it closer to the nano screen (heat output) than what is usually suggested?

Some don't think it's something to be worried about, I personally prefer to avoid using my nano upright.
I like to use a j-hook for dry vaping, or invert on my waterpipes. I also REALLY enjoy a steamroller with this vape.

I just dont grind my bud too much and i also tamp down my load pretty good so nothing really falls down....

It's not too hard to keep stem oriented up and first hit usually makes the load sticky and tighter so no real problems after that. I try to avoid using it with stem right over top of nano, too. Close to horizontal is fine.

To add to this, even if you do get crumbs, you can just blow them off the screen. Flip the Enano upside down to empty out the random crumbs. Maybe dust inside with a paintbrush or makeup brush every so often. It's a really clean design, most of the mess is confined to the stem or GonG.

I don't own an e-nano since I can't get one here in Europe. I'm traveling to the US in a month and I was thinking of buying one. It seems like the units only work on 110 volts?
Is there anyone in EU (or other places that have 220V) using one with some kind of converter?
I'm a total noob when it comes to electricity.
Would there be any drawbacks with using a converter?

I talked with @ACE OF VAPE and he said to email when I'm ready to send my Nano back. They will pay for shipping to and from, that's awesome.
I like this vaporizer so much I will have to buy another one. I don't want to be without one for 2 to 3 weeks or however long it takes to get it replaced. Ace said that it's still fine to use.
