I plan on using this tubing with the UFO. It has no smell or taste and is very high quality. Still Waiting for the UFO to ship though.

The last bit of Silicone tubing I bought off of Amazon had a really strong odor to it, came sealed in a bag.

Once I let it off-gas for a day or two the smell was gone.

LOL ,I did not try it ,i could smell it as soon as i got through the wrapping.It kind of feels wrong to my hands as well.

That actually looks right to me, but he could probably use more water in there. I keep my wings-of-liberty torus filled to the top of the drain. Might also need slightly bigger holes for water to enter, but hard to say

It's not far off, but i think it should stack bubbles a little better so the water reaches the return holes. It might function better with a bit more water, but it doesn't look like there's much recycling going on in that video.

Yeah it's getting there, the pull on the perc sounds really bad, that perc looks/sounds bad in general. and yeah obviously no recycling action on the can anymore. I'd probably still get something like this for 40-50 but at 100+ he's joking.

I asked Steven if FC code would work for any other FC pieces beside the FC Mini. He said not as this time. Well he must have felt bad because he gave me back a whole $1.00.

He also told me he expects the FC CAKE to be ready between the 15th and the 20th. I forgot to ask how much the cost will be around.

Hey guys, Steven is about to get some 45 degree bangers produced because none of the other sellers currently offer them. I told him to make male and female in each size 10mm, 14mm, and 18mm. He wants to know what size to make the quartz bucket and I figured that I would ask what you guys wanted.

Original quave quartz banger are 16mm bucket with 2mm thickness which is a bit small in my opinion. Also too thin.

The xl China bangers are 20mm bucket and available in up to 4mm thickness. I was thinking this would be good but I figured I would ask.

I know that there are new xxl quave bangers out that are like 24mm bucket and I wasn't sure if you guys felt like we needed them that big or not

4mm is thick as fuckkkkkkk :tup:

Here is a 1.5mm, 1.8mm (it's supposed to be 2mm), and the 4mm from left to right.

Does it take much longer to heat up the 4mm? It looks like a bit of overkill to me.

20mm works well for me. I don't think they need to be any bigger than that. I only have small to medium dabs though (at least I think I do, don't meet any other dabbers in my part of the world).

Edit: I could use some extra heat retention for those bigger low temp dabs

A bit but it holds heat 3-4x longer. You can do two to three dabs without having to toirch it again.

Are there any other "coil ready" quartz nails that are any good besides the banger style ?

I just got one of the banger style ones from cfab and I think im favoring quartz over ti and ceramic. With that said I wouldnt mind having another style maybe one that comes with a carb cap or somthing ?

There is the deep dish style that pukinbeagle/dnail have (i guess this is banger style). I would love to see steve make a copy of that.

Well it is a mini matrix and a very short rig, so flavor loss should be less.

LOL I hear that. My problem is that I love clean glass. The more I have the more work to keep them clean. My hydratube are easy because I have a plastic sealed container that I soak it in. I use simply green once a week and it comes out perfect if I am using hemp filters to cut down on deposited Vape on the intake and cranberry extract keeps the rest clean.

I love my stereo matrix from Steven but don't use the fc 187 as much cause it's too similar to the stereo matrix for me and I prefer the stereo matrix. I'm afraid I might not like the cake but Damnit I want it.

On a side note does anyone have any links to water tight containers I could fit a fc 187 v2 or that new stereo matrix from Steven in for soaking in simply green? 6" x 6" x 13.5" would have to be the minimum distance.

The best I can find is a large white trash can I have but it is overkill and not sealed. I don't want house guests who use my bathroom to see my glass soaking so having a lid is preferable.

I believe the cake design helps prevent the bubbles from stacking too high. It's easy for bubbles to climb a straight wall, but hard if the wall has layers like the cake.
