I was introduced to the lsv with m2m. But decided to try out the wpa from 7th floor and getting better results

Edit: I'm using the 14mm wpa thru 18-14reducer to my fc187, easier to stir, you can clearly see the color of your herbs. The difference is having it concentrated in the elb or flat on a thin bed with the wpa. I would recommend trying it out. Definitely user preference

Still wondering why it's better than a m2m? I like the m2m without ELB for similar reasons that you mentioned, namely easier to manage and see the colour, and yes easier to stir. I'm also noticing i'm getting MUCH better flavour/taste and for some reason effects...probably due to the amount i'm using.

I've tried pretty hard to track down a reasonably priced WPA in 18mm. I order a few times from vaporizers.ca and kept getting 14mm instead. eBay is way overpriced shipping and I don't wanna end up spending $40+ on a single WPA unless it BLOWS the m2m away, which is definitely user preference since many have said they prefer the m2m over wpa.

Almost there...
Decided to try the EQ basket once again.
Freshly cleaned FC-187 WT.
Strain is Jack Herer! Decided to just crumble it in the basket, not the best test material...
LSV set at about 9:30.
First hit milked the WT with ease, so much flavour!!
Slight dark ring, need to adjust draw.
Stir and repack lightly.
Second hit milks the WT again with ease, flavour is still right there!
Effects are coming on strong now.
No dark ring this time, so stir and light tamp.
3rd hit is just like 1st and 2nd except everything came together at the same time!
Instant almost over medication state.
Had to spend a few just sitting and waiting for the ride to end!
Wow!!

This is going to be my way to medicate for a while!

Since my Quartz enail broke, I have been using my lsv with the wpa and the results have been fantastic. I also put some honeycomb or shatter on top of my herbs and i can get 10-15 milky hits. I know a lot of people had great success with the m2m (I'm actually going to try the m2m to see if my technique improved). But for beginners with the lsv, the wpa seems easier to use.

The reason I am posting this is because I wasn't totally satisfied with my lsv. But now I realize the great things you guys have been experiencing. If you guys do not have success with the m2m, give the wpa a try.

Ditto....if anyone finds the 18mm for a stellar deal please post!

Last night was more experimenting with shatter (on top of cotton this time), with just the cap of an ELB in the M2M. Great success! It takes a bit to get going but once it does (at 2:00) look out! After I cleared, I noticed that the shatter was sizzling! Pretty cool to see and hear the crackle/sizzle!

One thing I love about this vape that I haven't experienced in any other (except the enano) is that crackle sound when bud is getting vaped up sometimes! Orgasmic!

I'm looking for advice on getting some new glass to use with my LSV. I've been following the cheap bubbler thread but wanted to get advice specific to the LSV. Right now I use the M2M with either the ELB or ELB Cap (still experimenting).

I want to get something I can use daily and that has decent diffusion but has as little drag as possible.

I'm looking at the three below, but please let me know if I've overlooked anything.

D020 and D020-D - is there consensus around one over the other?

If you can spend a lil more, Go for the fc187. I use it with the m2m with elb or a 18-14reducer with the lsv water adapter. It purrs and milks easier than my d020-d. But I like both pieces.

For my LSV, I went with the D020-D because I felt that the D020 was just too small, but the D020-D is not big by any means.

Also, for me, taste is very important so the less diffusion I have the better.

In regards it an ice catcher, I actually prefer vaping through very warm, almost hot water. For me, it's more about moisturizing than trying to cool my vapor.

I have a D-020D and have no complaints about it aside from the fact that all glass I own is doomed to depart this world in a recycling bin. You can also use the M2M and the ELB as a nice short dry hitter if you get in a rush.

Really loved this one till the wife broke it, :cry:, had zero drag and sit much taller than the D020/D-020-D. The green was less offensive than I thought it would be, I really miss it. :bang: Was the least picky bubbler I've ever owned when it comes to water levels, :tup:.

Hi there fuckcombustion. I was wondering if you guys might have heard of this issue before. The heater will not turn on unless i move the dial past 2 o'clock. The light wont even turn :disgust:

If i try holding a session like this, it will slowly require me to turn the dial more and more until im forced to turn it all the way to the right. Its unusable like this, and I miss my baby:cry::cry::cry:

Has anyone ever heard of this issue? Should i just contact the manufacturer, or the store? I bought it from vapornation, and i definitely havent passed a year with this device yet, so there should be some form of warranty on it. If this is a known and fixable issue however, I'd much rather fix it myself so that i dont have to depart from her at all.

Not sure I follow, is there something specific you can't figure out? Haven't opened my LSV but I have my SSV, should be pretty similar. Not much in there.

No problem I wasn't being clear I know how to put it together its just so fiddly sorted it now though :):leaf:
it's not the wiring its fitting it in the small space in the most efficient way
