Hey guys!

I have several questions to you.

First of all, I haven't used a vaporizer ever, but i thought as i hate the taste of joints (I THINK it's because of the tobacco), that it would be a good idea to try one. Tobacco gets me dizzy and sick in the stomach (or at least I think it's the tobacco -.-). Well my question is, do you think it really is the tobacco and it will get better with a vaporizer? Or do you think I'll still encounter nausea with this method?

The next question is what vaporizer i should buy. I really don't want to spend a lot of money in case I don't like it. So I've seen this one: http://www.vaporizerkits.com/products/VP%2d500-Globe-Herbal-Vaporizer.html

Question is.. is it good/can I work with it? On another website it costs about 30, but i think most of you don't speak German so I linked to this one ;D
I know i can't really expect much but all I need is a working vapo for trying it. (Well, it should last a while because i don't want to buy anything bigger&better anytime soon when I have this..)

Thank you in advance :)

check out the VaporGenie or the magic Flight Launch Box for around the same price and would probably work better...

as far as the dizzy and sick thing... I'm not sure, I still 8 years away from my medical degree

I second spyder's recommendations. And yes, it is very common for tobacco to make new users dizzy and nauseous.

Dizziness when you start smoking tobacco is pretty common, so that could be your problem. I well remember how dizzy it made me when I started, and that was a long time ago.

The vaporizer you linked is a conduction model. They're still made as a low cost option, but it's a first generation design and doesn't perform well. I can tell you that from personal experience. The site, vaporizerkits.com, is selling mostly 'made in China', no warranty vapes and should be avoided IMO. Check our recommended sellers thread for good dealers and discounts. http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=334

Take a look at the vapes you see touted in the Vaporizer Discussion section and decide what suits you as far as price and style. You can ask more questions here when you have more info on the models that interest you. Since you're in Germany you'll have to keep voltage requirements in mind. Some models will work fine for you as is (Extreme, 12V designs like the Vapolution, Purple-Days) and with some you'll have to order the 240V version (SSV, DBV, etc.).

I know in Germany they like to put tobacco with the weed. I recommend not do this.

Why dont you roll joints without tobacco and see how you feel.
Sometimes it's not that easy.

I came from a 10 year 50/50 tobacco/herb habit (I never smoked ciggies)

Vaporizing got me off the baccy within 2 - 3 weeks.

High recommended.

Thanks for all the quick answers.

From what I've seen so far I think I'll go with the Genie, as i really don't want to spend alot of money on this.. but as you have to fire it up, isn't it really hard to keep the temperature steady? Particularly when you have little experience with things like this? I don't want to mess everything up once i have it ^^
All that is left for that is a good site with international shipping (or even a german site) and no credit card payment, as I don't have one, like most europeans/germans :p

As for the tobacco, i pretty much knew it was at least part of the nausea etc., but do/did you guys experience some of this sideeffects with weed only too?

And Chubba is right, if I roll a joint with herb only it would be incredible expensive where i live.

Really hard? Certainly it's harder than an electric model where you don't have to apply a flame, but the Magic Flight LB is the only worthwhile electric model under $100 in a portable size.

Not me.
