Am I missing something??

New to this forum....trying to figure it all out and I can't seem to find it but I would guess I'm just missing it.

Each vaporizer has it's own sub category under the main category but it ends there??? No sub categories under each vape to make it less confusing and so each vape isn't hundred if not thousands of pages long.

just examples but under each one there would be a cleaning category...maybe a troubleshooting, personal tricks and hacks category...etc...etc

Am I missing it?? or is it really just a muddy mess of info under one category for each vape?

I find it helpful to click on any thread, then run the search, to search only that thread.

Use the search function if you are looking for something specific. FC is setup similar to most forums out there.

What you are asking for is not common (at least to my knowledge) and I could see it getting difficult to manage (and moderate) which sub-category members are posting in.

Good tips already. Another is just use google and/or google image most of the really cool pictured stuff brings you back here, seriously. I do it all the time, this place rocks!!!

We're just a bunch of folks who enjoy vaping and vaporizors. We don't hire an organizer: no dues. If you don't find an answer by a search, politely ask and you shall receive.

What forums have you been reading that are like that? I've never seen any. The Moderators have enough work here as it is... and they don't get paid.

I have read every page of the Air, Solo, Vapman, Flowermate, Titan, Lotus, Inhalator and about 5 more that I can't remember right now. Thousands of pages all worth my time.

Nope, pretty much it.

I was also shocked when I first joined. Almost started a similar thread to yours but seen other threads already started, with the same replies already listed.

I guess I've grown used to it. It sucks when threads get off topic though,

Actually I was mistaken.... it's worst than I thought!!! :doh:

I misspoke... It's actually a category (plug in) then the model (volcano) is the topic.

I think it should be that the model is a sub-category and once you are in that sub....here is the big change...you can actually create topics of interest.... what a concept I know...I wish I thought of it but all the other cool forums are doing it... :rockon:

Personally, I love this forum. I think it's laid out the best way it could be (functionally speaking; as others have pointed out it would be almost impossible to manage otherwise). Also, the people on here are friendly and know their shit when it comes to vaporizers and/or cannabis.

I would suggest that if you don't like it, maybe you could start your own forum so you could design it however you want? Just a friendly suggestion. But I think that if you spent some time and familiarized yourself with this site, you would come to love it just as much as the rest of us do. My :2c:

I've learned in my short time in FC that you get out of fc exactly what you give.Bring a smart ass attitude you better expet that 100 folds.Bring good questions and info and set back and enjoy the feed back.I was a little leery of the whole moderator thing( I hate authority figures),but the assholes that plague the internet proves that they are needed.Makes it way more civil.

We try really hard to keep this an informative, fun, quality forum. And, we are currently in the process of making the 'Best Of' sub-forums. But, there's a lot of material to go through. We encourage our members to help. Since this forum is so difficult and 'backwards' for you in it's current state, perhaps you would like to volunteer? The instructions can be found by clicking here.

I found FC after my doc suggested I try a pax... And after a bunch of research on here I didn't get it... But I did get an Inhalater. And a Heat Island. And Minivap. And learned how to make tincture. And concentrates. And how to optimize my old EQ. If you like vaping FC is the place for you. But it is what it is - lots of friendly, knowledgeable people, sharing and learning. It's my Happy place
