Speaking of adapters,Thick Ass Glass is having an April sale.....adapters for 6 bucks,i have a few and they're pretty sturdy......i havent tried any of their other stuff but i might pick up one of their bangers on the cheap.....

Thanks for sharing, but IMO that function is really not that impressive. While drawing a good recycler should whirlpool. I am not saying I expect quality work but there is an excess of water retained while drawing and a sudden stronger pull would mean a drink :lol:

Same thing happened with my Kathy egg order. I got tracking with 1 or 2 days left of the time allowed on dhgate but then tracking didn't update for another 10 days. It finally updated today.

Yeah he didn't say "and no splash wata" :) I'm gonna agree that it looks like he could easily take a drink though you might be able to adjust the water level. It does seem pretty high in the puck+recycler. At this point it just looks like they are throwing pieces together. I spotted a oil can + vortex recycler, they need to slow down with the Frankenstein pieces. I'm pretty sure most of them wont function correctly anyways. I would imagine that would leave a bad taste in peoples mouth and they would be less inclined to buy in the future. IDK just my :2c:

Ya dont think i will be ordering from kathy again. All about money no care for customers. So much bullshit from her. The fact ive had my steven order for weeks when both were placed together is a joke. Plus steven has free shipping.

Not happy with this kathy lady. Also as i sit here really medicated I think of how stupid good of a deal all of this glass is. Is the possibility that we are supporting sweat shop workers real? Or are they just glass blowers and 50$ USD is a lot to them. I assume raw materials such as the gasses needed and the glass tubing is also much cheaper in china, along w/ a proper studio. The more i think tho it just seems to good to be true, but im also really evo'd out.

@PuffNStuff ya i agree fuck the frankstien stuff. More blowers should take not efrom steven.

Thanks for the heads up @blankrider for the grenade piece. Unfortunately I already bought it lol. If it happens to function better I'll let u know. If not it's going in the glass for sale group lol.

The oil barrel recyclers are copies of High Tech Glassworks pieces, but ya based on the pix doubtful it would function great. Also I own a puck recycler and that video does not appear to have the water level right. Mine vortexes great while drawing with the right water level and draw speed. Water level has to be super over to get any in your mouth. I recall another user saying theirs did not function well so this piece may be hit or miss.

My D-Cycler arrived from growhighglass in 9 days. I knew they were a subsidiary or the same as CCG and went with this one since it was 8% off. I even communicated with them to substitute the bowls for a 14mm to 18mm adapter. They still included the bowl for flowers. I tend to get extras from the DHGATE sellers....not complaining, just an observation.

Anyways, they offer a discount for uploading here so this is my first run. Pairs very nicely with my 710 whip and I love watching the vortex.

My first puck-cycler had some stress cracks. Still totally functional. They sent me a second one after I sent pics of the cracks. Both function the same. The vortex is more evident when it drains. I keep the water level with the "puck" part almost completely full. I'm using it with an Enail. No drink, even on a hard clear with the nail's restriction.

This piece, D020--2-W, is a honeycomb to turbine perc. Turbine acts as a perc and splashguard, on top of looking cool when ya clear it. The turbine pieces I have hit have all had the turbine about 1.5 cm above the other perc than ~5cm. On this piece it looks like more functional as splashguard than perc to me, but honeycombs can stack! Sold from Sunshine for $33.49.

Yeah, I've seen a few of those on DHGate. I'm not a big fan of the classig bong-style glass pipes. I was specifically looking for a honeycomb piece with a big diameter (>5 cm) and small height. The GB-186 is my daily driver and I love the smooth hits it delivers. I want to see how far I can go with diffusion so my next piece should deliver massive stacking. The D020--2-W has been recommended a lot but it looks a bit small to me.
The DG-102 looks interesting but I don't want to mess with crooked percs. So far my favourite is the YQ-45 because I guess it's hard to fuck up putting it together. Only the splash guard looks a bit prone to error. Does sunshinestore offer combined shipping? They have a few interesting adapters in stock.

Yeah I got my puck-cycler/ski mask on monday. No cracks that I can see. Same with me on the vortex, only when draining and only when the puck is almost completely full. Not the best piece IMO, but it is a nice short desk piece. I might grab a whip adapter and try to use it with my ecig setup. I like the fc710 much better.

On my YQ the honeycomb and cage are both functioning as they should..

Kathy sucks and dosnt value customers.. Sorry to hear that. Im going to avoid ordering from her in the future unless its something I really NEED. Which was the case with this egg...

So far I would recomend steven and sunshinestore over kathy.

It is so pretty in appearance but the function is not good at all in my opinion. I thought that it was supposed to be similar to a fab egg but it is not at all. There is a lot of drag and not much flavor. The Kathy egg functions so much better than this turd. This is pretty much my least favorite DHgate rig.

I'm guessing most of the drag is from the turbine perc at the top, maybe there's some variances between pieces but I don't find the drag to be too bad. I personally like how it hits but it does definitely seem to be more of a high diffusion piece than a flavor piece.

I sent her a polite "what's up" message after 11 days and then the shipping magically went active. I'm thinking in some cases she won't ship until you bug her. Her official explanation was "the post lost we sent again", yet somehow they were able to reuse the same tracking number.

I have several friends who have bought from you in the last while and all have been having same problems with tracking. Other vendors like cleanclearglass do not have this problem and always ship out on time with a working tracking number. Please try to improve your service if you want to keep customers, many have said they are upset and will not buy from you again.

And her reply:

very sorry this time ,this one really too late . 2 month we sell more then 1000pcs so really late. other products is all ok.
