I have a ten foot stem. I run it through my freezer. Cools the vapor down nicely. Lol

Not to pick on a fellow FC member but IMO you're doing it all wrong. Dump all that frozen food, pull out the shelves, put a camping stool in the bottom and climb in. No stem length restrictions then, vapor is plenty cool......

Oh, yeah, bring a flashlight too, it turns out the light does go out when you close the door......

I recommend a 2014 edition Fenix PD35.... Pairs with the Air excellently, also uses 1X 18650 bat, and hits 960 lumen or 1000lm with 2 CR123s... A great light.....

^^ Sweet thanks for that link.. However i still wouldnt use those in my Air since it would still void the warranty....

But thats a good price for 3400mAh so ill grab one as a backup for my flashlight... Im running a nitecore 3400mAh in it now but that battery cost me 20 bucks... I feel its worth it though for how long it last... But now ill have another 3400mAh to compare it to...

Im starting to think i may try a bubbler before long as well... Id like to try one of those D020 from Dhgate as id love to be able to use whatever i get as a stand alone bubbler for combusting flowers also... Wish there was a quicker option though as i get impatient easily HAHA... I guess i have several extra stems including an extra vortex, bent solo, 70mm all glass solo etc... Hell i may be able to find a trade for a cheap bubbler here in the states and avoid the china wait... Hmmm.. ideas a coming LMAO

Thanks for the heads up!

But even not cheaping out the Panasonic's are still half the price of Air batteries and last longer
http://www.orbtronic.com/batteries-chargers/panasonic-3400mah-18650-li-ion-battery-cell-ncr18650b

This is not just a fasttech thing there are restrictions on air (hehe) shipping (international) for these battery's, unless inside a device.

When you say 2 Seshs do you mean x2 auto shut off (20minutes)? this seems way too low (i get 5-6), and would make me think its a duff, have you checked battery voltage before and after charging? And do you charge in Air or external, and do you find this on more than one battery?

On a battery note more mAh doesn't always mean more run time (although in this case it probably will very slightly maybe a few % real world) now i always recommend OEM batteries and use them myself, but if say hypothetically you ran back to back tests you would only gain maybe half a sesh 5mins extra.

Heat up time is also something that will/can be altered, the ncr18650b is a known good quality battery (i use these myself in my kato mod) but normally gains in one place give trade-offs in others.

IMO using any 18650 wont give more than 7 seshs regardless of battery spec, i may be proven wrong here and would love to be but cant see it with current tech.

I can relate to being impatient I'm currently waiting and waiting on (more:D) glass to arrive, and in my LHS i found a little gem, its a black leaf zorbass (small diffuser and 10 arm perc) after a little haggling i got it for £35, while its not high quality (by no means low quality) it does work really well, love my local shops as if you look hard enough there are always good pieces to be had.

And nice torch bud  I was looking at the PD40 the other day nice bit of kit.

Havent used my Air since last Sunday :( Im missing it... But i should be good to use it again after my check-up on Tuesday. I hope. Most the time after oral surgery just a couple days of not sucking is all thats needed... But i had very extensive oral surgery and was told to wait 7-10 days.

Be glad to use it again... I have 2 vortex stems here now and have yet to get a chance to try one out... And thats playing a number on my SAS

Thanks man, Love Fenix lights. Very well priced for their output compared to some others on the market lately. I have played with the PD40 myself, as well as loads of others LOL, and i really liked the PD40, its output is amazing, and I almost bought it except it was just a little too fat for pocket carry, for me, and i dont usually like holstering lights on my belt. But for a glove box or kitchen drawer emergency torch it would be EXCELLENT.

Getting off topic here so i apologize... But its a good thing torches came up and not knives or steel, otherwise i may not ever be able to shut up :lmao:

Back to being more ON topic, the LHS (i had to google what that meant LOL) here suck. Over priced for what mostly looks like Chinese glass anyways... I dont mind cheap glass when its priced accordingly... I love looking at top quality pieces but would never personally buy one as the chance id break it eventually is near 100%... So i prefer buying cheap glass as i see almost all glass purchases as temporary items... But the waiting game sucks.

I only have 1 glass bong, its made in the USA and its nice... but its big, heavy, and is hard to clean... So im thinking of picking up something smaller and more basic that i can use with the Air but also use as a bubbler for combusting.. Then ill give this bong away, as it was a gift to me and im a firm believer in paying it forward.

I keep ALMOST buying that bubbler that OF speaks highly about, but it would only be useful to me with the Air... And really i dont see a "NEED" to run vapors through water... i think it may still be fun to try, but id really rather something with a dual use for me.

@WoodVillain sounds like you need the GB-187 or FC-187 ;) (or sidecar versions but I cant remember numbers right now)

Is there any difference between the GB and FC ?

Im not sure if linking to dhgate is allowed or not, but there is one labelled "2015 improved Matrix sidecar glass bong birdcage perc glass pipe thick glass smoking pips FC-187 V2"

I really like how it looks and the function video on the page looks awesome, but it doesnt say what size the slide is, so i dont know what size gong id need to use it ??

Thanks OF! I got started on that after breakfast this morning. Wife got mad when I started pouring out the milk and orange juice, but she'll get over it?

So ordered an Air last night, which will replace my solo for out and about.

Old faithful and the PA will be stored (with 60% battery charge, thanks for the tip @OF ) for emergencies if either my nano or air go down.

Am curious to experience the "new improved air flow" as my solo is an older model from before they made the charge/use change.
Not that I have a problem with the original's draw resistance tbh.
