If you could only have one vaporizer....

Arizer air with extra batteries. Its just so versatile, good portable, stealth, sipping vape sessions, cloud sessions, pairing with water (smaller pieces prefered), flavor, reliability, efficient, consistent (always good results nothing to mess with). Want to pair with water? Can rig up stock stem or use wong or use gong. Want a longer air path? Simple use a longer solo stem. Want higher air flow? Buy PVHE

With an extra battery or two it easily replaced my solo which in my eyes was the most versatile vape

Vapor only
The Supreme vaporizer.

I've only found one other vape close to the awesomeness of it and it's about $400 more, so yeah..

Why:
Huge clouds from little material.
Water adapter~is the only way I will use it.
Butane torch is all that's needed.
No real worry about batteries~I've had the same one daily use for years. Dim but not dead.
The thermometer or wood failing is possible, but spare parts FTW and I would learn a way to reattach the heat exchanger if I had to. Lol

Is this just another poll-like thread or are you looking for something specific? :p
It's a poll-like thread. I think it's interesting to know what would be the one vaporizer someone would pick if they could only have one, considering the plethora of choices at the moment. It's been enlightening to see the pretty high lack of consensus - it demonstrates what some more experienced members have said - that there is no perfect vape, it's about finding the one that suits your needs the best. I'd say there is a list of vapes that are of the best quality - and this thread contains many of them.

Along with my own research, it also helped me in my plan to choose the perfect vape for myself at the moment. I wanted something with a definite clean vapor path, no plastics in it, for dry use, durable, dependable, and easy to store away. I chose the Vapman. After owning it I also now appreciate it more. I love it's minimal design and artistry. It's a special and ingenious vaporizer. Probably best for solo use. Tip: reading the VM thread greatly cuts down on the learning curve.

This thread has also been educational. I didn't know about the LSV mod (which I read is amazing), Boulderado's THe Can 2.0 and The Bud Toaster (homemade vaporizers), that the Hot Pod is a log vaporizer with a glass core and vapor path, and that The Subliminator had a watt counter.

I've never even tried the minivap, but I followed its thread for a while so I'm an expert now ;)

But that would be my choice if I had to limit myself to a single rig. I use an average of three different vapes a day, with two of my plug-ins in constant rotation. The minivap's versatility, battery life, and pass-through charging make it a winner for me, and the fact that you hardly ever see a used one for sale seals the deal.

Single user - Underdog or ENano (conserves and provides great hits)
Party Use - DaBudda or Silver Surfer or Light Sabre (all the clouds you ever wanted)
Portable - Crafty (reliable company. Seems to stand behind product)

Life is a shared experience although results may vary.

That's not even one pick per type, and the question was "If you could only have 1 vaporizer?"

As you have shown me Sensi, it depends on what you want. I was trying to point out my favs in a couple of the more common areas of interest. I did forget IMHO but at this time I think that is inferred.

miniVAP glass core

hope this isn't too blunt but I have a crafty that only gets used when I'm out and about and an EVO that hardly gets used at all. Several other vapes have been given away or sold

The MV delivers superior flavor and effect IMO. It also allows plug in use that doesn't involve a battery as well as the option for portable use. I prefer the vapor from this thing to anything else I have tried so far. It's not the sort of rig I would want to take out of the house very often, but it's great for walking around the house cordless. super versatile, warms up quickly and produces excellent vapor. easy to keep clean too
