It is designed for the Persei and 8 atm and final certification will be made for others vaporizers once we do further testing on them.

Ok thanks. I plan to order the AC when it goes on sale, just wanted to make sure I order a compatible vape to go with it.

I would go with the 8 as its the most capable in handling the Kiss Alpha Centauri in all its possible combinations.

Hmm, I was leaning persei only because of the additional safeguards, but I'll research the 8 more

also....when will black and silver persei be available again?

The manufacturer of the Viva offer me to get one for testing some months ago, I declined cause I couldn't enjoy this bad design...(it reminds me too much the Titan1)

I'm pretty surprised if it works really nice cause it seems to be very cheap and full of plastic.....although my Alfa is encased in plastic too and it is one of my tastier portable dry herb vaporizer....

For the record... no one has rebuilt a 7.4 kiss to a dual wick?

Give us an update once you give one a try, I'm very curious how the black wicks compare to the white ones.

@THC-scientific, @SamuraiSam , I know a q-tip stick was mentioned as a good size for wrapping our own coils... Is there a particular nomenclature for the coil size? Like, if I get a jig that does micro coils in a few sizes, am I likely to stumble upon the right size? Or is it sort of a proprietary size, due to the wicks used?

LOVING the globe. i didn't even use the cart that came with the globe, i swapped it out for a Ti right away and it's working great. my buddy that was just here wants an omicron lite now. he had his cloud 2.0 here and the omicron lite was killing his. i'll have to try a few different waxes to fully compare to the white wick.

looks like the omicron lite is out of stock, any idea when they will be back in w9?

There is no comparison. White vs. black wick. The black is superior in every way. Taste and durability.

I had a small issue with a product that was pretty much in my opinion "out of their control" and they went way above and beyond what I would consider fair and reasonable to fix it. Not only do they have great products but they have even better tech support and service. Thank you so much!

Persei is a few months out, as we are testing a few things the new Persei kit might contain, as for the Omi lite I'm gonna check our warehouse if we have a few extra kits available later on tomorrow.

Hello everyone, been a while since I've joined my fellow vapers here in the Persei thread. Had to drop by to give G. some LOVE. Finally after 2 years of heavy use, I believe my V1 Persei fried. Was using a kiss globe w/adapter cuz that's all I could get at the time a while back. Everything was great for few pulls & then "OH NO" smoke from button & that yukky electronic smell, battery started to vent, quickly unscrewed tube, spring didn't seem to collapse, battery definitely smoking& melty plastic covering. Ended that session! LOL Tried the top on my other Persei & the button light stays on now constantly. I still got it's double top though! . Anyways, back to the LOVE. So I 've been just starring at my 8 since I pre-ordered it when it came out & used it a few times , then racked it. So I grab it in all its BEAUTIFUL Wonderment, Shining, Gleaming, I screw in my O.G. E/O Cart & go!! again Gary THIS THING IS FUCKING AWESOME!!! can't believe I've just let it sit all this time, but I'm not into taking it outside of my home for fear of it getting all dinged or some fool I might hand it to dropping it.
So I've got ALOT of d9/w9/up tech equipment and LOVE it all & I'm no fan boy, just an honest customer who happens to be a Machinist & can Really appreciate the quality craftsmanship that G. puts into all his products.
Anyone on the fence about anything, don't hesitate, they will not disappoint!! Ok, back to the 8 & new experiments

I'm really bad about this personally. With the Kiss Globe I typically get a lot of splatter whether its the Nibbler GN, Nibbler G or original glass globe. Since my last cleaning of my Nibbler G (daily driver) I've been trying to be really careful about splatter. Small loads of concentrate (grain of rice sized) with long gentle draws.

To me it's really a matter of how often you want to reload. In group settings I'm more likely to overfill a bit and deal with a fair bit of splatter just so I don't have to load it as frequently. I did pretty badly overfill both my Kiss Globe and a Kiss Mini the other weekend but nothing some iso couldn't fix!
