Sleep problems since cutting down

I just feel like I build up a tolerance pretty quickly. So after a few days off it's a better effect compared to vaping every day.

I build a tolerance much faster vaping than combusting also. Not very pleasant...

Yeah. Lately I have been vaping wax and in the beginning it was quite strong but now it feels weaker than a good old rip from a glass pipe filled with herb.

Taking a dab hit then really is awesome. However daily daytime use makes me really weird and sluggish. It seems to be different for everyone..

What I was wondering about is the specific weird and sluggish effect, if different strains would affect you differently. For me a Sour Diesel is very energizing, and say a Purple Kush is very sedating. With all sorts of in-between, and quite odd effects from other strains. Like recently I ran into a Gorilla Glue Oil that assays over 75% THC yet feels more like O than cannabis.

As I sample in small amounts and pay attention, it's almost as if these different strains were entirely different substances. I would expect most effects to be stronger on a clear system. But the effect of different strains is also more noticeably different. So I'm wondering in your case if you have access to medicinally grown herb and oils, and if you've explored alternate strains.

Fire it again. I can still find the ground.
@sz1a ,

Have you tried cannabis oil sublingually?

Just asking because it *really* evened out my coverage over the day AND the night. (Chronic pain, pancreas monsters, PTSD). I get a good 6-7 hours per night now.

Starting mash (I do a simple ethanol extraction) can be "finished" differently to make both a "day" and a "night" version and can be vaped with EJMix (or something like it) easily. I vape out of my Kanger EMOW Mega for "breakthrough" pain. Adding vaping from the same oil was a godsend for me, since trying to "finesse" the right dose sublingually on any given day was hard given the small amount being used. (Hard to tweak without "tweaking" myself right into an hours-long nap!)

So you get a day and night sublingual oil AND a day and night vape oil.

For sublingual, I personally finesse the coconut oil I mix with it per skunk pharm's "Holy Anointing Oil" recipe even higher than they call for to have a stronger and faster relief (though shorter - 6-8 hours per drop). I thought more coconut oil would make it weaker since it is more diluted, but what it must *actually* do is increase bio-availability. So more bang, less time with more coconut oil.

:-)

I had actually started a discussion on it, so I will simply post that thread link here instead of posting it and mucking up the thread here, and I really do hope it can help you or someone else (not putting it here to promote it, or myself, etc.):

And hey, I am only pointing to the theory of having a multiple use oil base, not necessarily the specific preparation techniques, etc. (beyond controlling the degree of THC-to-CBN conversion during decarb, that is obviously kind of specific to getting the job done).

Peace to all!
