I personally believe that if you SMOKE enough of anything, the potential for lung cancer is great!

Smoking cannabis can give you emphysema. You can die from that, it's a chronic lung condition.

Yes, and fire and smoke is not vapor - however, vapor acquired at approx. 400f+ can render carcinogens (benzene for one, I think).

Flowers or anything with plant material in it. Pure heads, I would think, can be safely volitized at higher temps. I never vape flowers above 390*.
