Mobius Matrix Clear Dewaar vs Matrix Ion

Has anybody had experience with both bubblers? Which one did you like and why? I've had experience with the Clear Dewaar, and loved it-- but was looking for some input on the Ion! I know, obviously, it would be better for concentrates, but what about flower? I'm not a big hit type of guy, more of a zip type =P

I prefer the clear.

My clear matrix will be pried from my cold dead hands.

The ion is a great little piece too.

I've been using my clear for LSV/Sub duty, and my ion for dabs for the last few days, but they're both great for whatever :)

Not exactly sure what zip means...
But the ion is definitely smaller in volume.
So if the clear felt a bit big for ya the ion is a great option :)

I second Fredrick's statements. The larger can on the clear is just about the perfect size for me.

I'll reach for the clear most of the time when I have to choose between the two.

What I meant by zip was, just like 1 or 2 pulls from my matrix clear and I was done. Otherwise, I'll get to the point where I'm so high I'm all anxious. I don't like to get overly medicated. However, I also don't want a matrix bubbler that is so small that it's tedious. Would you say the Dewaar / Clear is 2x the amount of smoke/vapor?

I did happen to find a brand new clear dewaar that is about 2 weeks old-- guy was looking for $300 for it, which is definitely not a bad price at all. Might end up getting it.

I paid $390 for my clear IIRC, and haven't looked back.

The ion isn't tedious. I've got oil rigs that have the same capacity as just the neck of the ion :lol:
It's small-ish for a flower rig, and large-ish for a concentrates rig (but great for both).

The only downside I'd say it has is that the mouthpiece is a bit small for my liking.

With the clear (which IMO has the most perfect bong mouthpiece ever... EVER - I want it on every rig I own) I can get a nice perfectly comfortable seal around my lips.
With the ion I have to basically put my lips on the edge or around the mouthpiece.

well damn! that last part does it for me right there. Didn't really take a look at the mouthpiece on the ion. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the mouthpiece on the matrix clear. It was friggen amazing. Done deal. Clear it is. Thanks so much Frederick! Will post when I get it =)
