I opted to purchase the GB-187-S from Yingmin5 instead. I LOVE IT! The glass is slightly thinner than the FC-187, but it's a much better piece in my experience - the matrix perc fires perfectly around the entire piece!

The biggest difference I see between them is that Steven's MP tube seems to start lower in the can. No problem there with water in the MP?

The perc in my FC-187v1 makes me a little nuts and I can't really use it. Well, I don't use it, as I have glass that works better. But I still lust for a working piece like it. (Why can't I just wait for the Pillar?)

Edit: I need to get back in the habit of reading threads to the end before posting in them...

I know it's a lil embarrassing but I'm digging my cheap China collection. I have the FC 187 v2, d020d, I also have the FC 710 coming in and this small recycler/vortex that seems to be popular also on delivery. So far, everything has been going good. A few minor issues (chipped perc and other small things) but nothing that affects performance for me (I'm a glass noob, to others it might not be good enough).

I just read what ppl like and try to buy what's popular. Dhgate has given me a chance to try different types of glass that I would never be able to afford.

Not at all! I've only had one nice piece, the Matrix Ion. But after breaking a $300 piece of glass I decided it was time to go China only, thanks to this thread. I now recommend this thread to everyone I know looking into glass. Once you go China, nothing's cheaper and finer!

Seriously man why did you have to post this. I don't need any more glass right now. But this price is too good not to give this bad boy a try. And that sale countdown timer just screams buy me now!

Edit: I purchased. Hopefully I get a good one. I need to learn to post videos and hope you guys can help me to make sure it's functioning properly.

I've broken a 420 dollar mobius 60t and a LE early bird hydratube. I just got my side car fc 187v2 (I think that's the model) and it is so smooth. The glass is solid and it stacks like crazy. The $300 version of this certainly is not worth 6 of the ion.

I will go GAS crazy with China once more 18mm start becoming the normal and pair with my various Vape. If they ever start doing hydratube I am in trouble.

His link worked for me. It must have gotten below freezing last night and I forgot to empty my rig out. Big 2" crack in my main chamber. :huh: But then I found this thread and ordered a vortex recycler for $43!

Hopefully, if it makes it here in one piece.

Haha, I was considering throwing down the cash on an actual one if I could find a pre-owned one for a bit under retail, then literally within 1/2 an hour of looking I found this on dhgate :D

I have one on the way if ya want to wait for a review, but I doubt it'll still be 1/2 price by then...

Got my two replacement 18GonG's from PV today (4 business days to Australia that's amazing) and I'd like to report that they are much better quality than my current one and my old 14g one. They're thicker on the Solo connector and feel much heavier. I hope I stop breaking them now!

Still waiting on my d20 which is at 12 business days. My first order with Kathy took 5 business days.

Probably going to jump on board as well. I found some function videos of the original here for those interested.

I don't really trust the sales on the site, have a feeling most of them are perpetual especially since the current sale is for Valentine's Day. Also my counter is at 1d 1h so if it's different for everyone it's probably bullshit.

I've probably stated this before but I buy all my glass adapters from planetvape. They are all solid and quality, plus currency exchange from the states drops 20% off of Canadian prices.

if that grenade tube functions like the bates tube itll be worth it. im gonna snatch one too... now that all these bates pieces are being cloned im in heaven! no way I was paying 4-600 for glass... although I have in the past and sold it for fear I was gonna break it... I feel more comfortable using daily a $100 or less piece than I do for a 200+ piece. keep those for special occasions!

grenade tubes starts at about 1:18

edit: ordered. only 8 left.

Ordered from steven and kathy on the 15th.

My steven order had shipped within 2 days, and has been stuck in preshipment since then. Hoping I dont get the black hole...

My lathey order hasnt even shipped... Hope she dosnt give me the fake number and run around shit.
