Background...I'm originally Irish begorra & moved here to the Sunshine Coast Queensland after travelling quite a bit around.

that was 8 years ago from the U.K. to escape the cold and enjoy the lifestyle ,beer beaches and 4wding and fishing none of which I actually do regular,apart from a daily Guinness tonic or a beer or two at the weekend. I live a stones throw from Steve Irwins zoo and actually worked there for a time.he was a crazy guy and is respected and missed here..a little known fact..he loved to party hard say no more

I became naturalised last year on Australia Day.we have some of the toughest laws in the world here.i pass police random breath checkpoints daily esp during holidays,the police will just shut down a section of road/highway in a sting and screen every driver who stumbles unaware upon their checkpoints.mostly booze but they usually profile You and that's when the saliva tests are produced from those big white testing vans becoming more and more familiar.kids I've spoke to growing up here are scared and intimidated driving about tbh.its sad for them really.it was never like this for my generation growing up.facebook & twitter however have several threads spying on police cams and checkpoints warning people.

they the govt have just brought a new law in here just a few days ago because of all this Isis propaganda BS which allowed them to go to town with new restrictive laws that will control us more and send journos massive fines & straight to prison if they report on anything that is government sensitive.in other words if you are not govt media,say an independent media journalist and say the wrong thing you could end up in jail.go figure 1984 and Orwell are alive and well.

so for folks abroad wondering how do Australian people deal with their hard knocks and harsh rules?......the only way they know how. Most ignore it pretty much....gotta hand it to em,they don't give a flying f@&k and do what they want regardless.there is a saying here it's only illegal if you get caught

Well laws here and general media brainwashing provoked me to move further away from the grid,that is no more TV in our home. No channels 9, 7 or 10 or even sbs on my TV. I stream all my shows advert free now at home from reliable websites through a PC straight to screen. We don't bother with news apart from google searches or in dependant news channels or Youtube ..life is good and we manage.One thing I m noticing are the amount of people waking up to all the BS around us .the lies and stuff we all listen to.i won't go on about it.its there open you're eyes.the rabbit hole goes deep.

As for herbage I would love more strains.mostly organic outdoor grown round these parts $280 or so on the oz,easy to find if you know people.hard if You don't.

reefer madness is rife here in every day news papers and TV .if you ain't going to the gym or drinking coffee you are the unclean.

Great people here I feel for them they deserve a better ride for sure.

Aside from over the top rules,life is great here.relaxed as,hot as here in summer and rarely drops below mid 60s in winter,the sun hurts you're skin here if you are from colder climates.there are lots of skin check clinics. Free bbqs scattered around everywhere in parks etc.Beer is plentiful and is drunk in vast quantities despite the crazy prices.the Irish drink.aussies drink by the gallon. $60 for. Case of corona which I've been told the govt collects over 80% of that in revenue,god damn pesky pollys.
Fags are $27 a pack of 25.now you see what doing it tough is all about if you smoke.

I love to walk early in the mornings.my favourite places are waterfalls ,many of which a you are allowed to swim in.i usually with a portable,usually the vapman

We are so backwards I have been hearing about relaxing cannabis laws for over 42 years and still nothing. I think SA STILL has the better ones. NSW recently rejected cannabis for the terminally ill on the grounds they might get addicted before they fucking die!! WTF . Queensland has ALWAYS been the worse especially when Bejelke Peterson was in charge (Nationals) who are now in charge with that fuckwit Cambell Newman. I get really hot under the collar ANYWAY wont talk politics especially when it comes to Liberal or National Governments who will never change although thanks to the medical side it is very slowly eating away at the tiny brains and slowly changing the laws. Im sure I will be dead by the time they do!!
I might have to contact you for sources LOL because I know how hard it is to find reliable, honest sources for herb. Grew my own for many years on both farms but in the burbs now and later. I do have friends at Noosa Heads and of course my brother so may be ok.
What vaps are you in to? Have 8 or 9 so far my miniVape is up for sale as we speak on Gumtree and in the clubs classifieds. There are good and there are bad vaps but then there are new vaps which i like trying thankfully all of mine have been great. The best hard hitter for me is the MiniVap its just that i cant handle convection any more due to a health complaint and am waiting for them to release a export Herbalizer but the MV is one of the best medical grade ones I have had and it knocked my socks off. I gave cannabis away for many years but returned to it mainly for health reasons (pain relief) the pleasure part is the bonus.. Still got my trusty Solo but am a bit interested in a E-nano now (when will it end LOL)

I went travelling in oz (i am english) and found it crazy that people mixed bongs with tobacco. I mean we always mixed joints with tobacco (stopped the evil baccy full stop about 3 months ago) but i have never mixed tobacco with weed when throwing it in a bong. Each to their own like i just man up and hit the fucker as i was smoking cigs at the time. Now i would pass on a dirty bong/pipe and wouldnn't dream of mixing weed and tobacco unless it was a blunt haha

As long as people are getting high its all good i just hate it when people mix with tobacco coz people lump weed in with ciggies that way and think it is dangerous

So, it arrived a day late thanks to a lazy courier. It has been in constant use ever since. I modified the standard bowls with self-adhesive automotive heat wrap. When I unpacked the so-called 'Tuff' bowl, I thought that the hose was just for shipping protection but quickly realised this is the coating as they call it. I could have gone to the hardware store and got some hose too. Anyway, I scored a Dremel for xmas and I'll have a go at improving the flow of the bowls soon. I'm hunting down local glass blowers as well for some custom bits. ^^ Will let you know how I go with that, lads. Also found a nice old Huon pine cheese board and a Redgum bottle stand that were quickly cleaned , sanded and oiled to protect my nuts if I burnt the coffee table lol.
A few observations:
1. No more cleaning dirty bongs. We used to use a litre of metho a week and a 5 kg bag rice every couple of months cleaning 2 bongs and associated chambers, pre-coolers , stems and cones. So glad that's finished. Only need a quick rinse now and then that they are used exclusively for hash now.
2. Using way less weed , obviously. No more running out between cycles.
3. 'It's a bit slow.' This was my my Mrs' first observation. You need to prepare by pre-grinding and warm up stuff. And the bags take a while to fill so you have to sit and watch them. This is the only negative i have experienced.
4. I quickly learned to give Mrs. Slayer a whole bag rather than sharing. 2 bags are way easier for us.
5. Currently we have a landrace Sativa hybrid in jars that vapes best at around 205 - 210 C. Popping some pure Indica's soon to evaluate effects and because we need something to help us sleep. And my Mrs is getting way too strung out on the Sativa's we usually have around the house, she needs to calm the fack down a bit lol.

I don't host pictures anywhere so you'll just have to imagine it in our lounge lol.
