To be perfectly honest, I always thought ... done is done? You're saying if you turn up the temp after you're done there is still something in it? Interesting, and I guess I'll find out if its something I desire or not.

What I'm saying is without water I can't comfortably run at the temps I want. Others may, but it's way too harsh so I think some don't get up to the 220C max and don't realize they aren't "done". Those higher temp elements are sedative which is what I like at night. Oh yeah if you don't mind the "toxic vapors".

Wow. I r Noob. Great info, tyvm!
Those temps on the chart are only a reference. The vaporizing temps will vary slightly from those listed.

It's all about experimenting and finding what works for you. Practice changing only 1 variable at a time (the strain, the temp, the load size, etc) and see what you like and don't like.

I find that sure, you can always go hotter, but after each pull the material gets drier and drier and more susceptible to combustion.

You try to crank it up more for your 3rd or 4th pull, and if you pull like I do anything more than a 10 second pull with power at more than 7 will start a fire. I can do the first hit at 7 but not once the material is dried... combustion ensues and I learned the hard way. I don't temp fate anymore.... ESPECIALLY with my Ed's stems!

I'm having trouble logging in on epicvape.com, I keep getting this message Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ModelAccountReward::getCustomer() in /home8/epicvape/public_html/shop/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_model_account_reward.php on line 79. I get a message like this if I try to place an order as well. I finally decide on which nano I want and the site taunts me like this:shrug:

The site is being updated. There is a lot of redirecting going on. Try clearing your cache if you are still having a problem.
It's always been slow and buggy. Working on a new site as well to replace this one entirely. Thank you for your patience.

Yeah, the website always had issues as long as I've had a Nano!

Check out my latest 3D creation - a double sided tamping and grinding tool! Since it's pretty cheap to print these bits in metal, I figured why not try some other grinding patterns to see which method works best.

This version has a modified millstone pattern on one side, and a traditional diamond grinder pattern on the other.

Hopefully I'll have these in a week or so to show off

That looks awesome!!! So this fits right into the e-nano's stem or GonG and can grind your material after a few draws?

Indeed, I'm testing two different types of grinding bits to see which works best for stirring/grinding the ABV in the Nano. Ultimately, I'll sell this with a grinding bit on one end, and a scoop spoon on the other side. 3D printed steel in this size is surprisingly affordable. We're looking at under $20 plus shipping to order direct from shapeways.com - it will be available in several finishes including polished gold plating

One of you guys had gotten a power inverter or some thing to run enano off a car battery for camping.
How is the working for you?
I have one of those portable car jumpers, would that work? And if so what do need, it would need to plug into the "cigarette lighter" port.

It might, but would probably fly through the little battery they have and wouldn't last very long.

A computer based UPS would probably be a better idea, though I'm not sure if they would damage the nano in anyway. I ran a 14W CFL on one for a few hours during our last power outage.

Interested to hear some other solutions,.

@Ratchett ~ Considering those tools are for packing/grinding while in the stem, I am curious if there might be a design out there that would stir the bottom to the top and the top material to the bottom. I envision something like a corkscrew that would help pull the material from the bottom of the bowl.

It may be possible, let me chew on that idea and see what I can come up with.
I've got two of these tools on order, and should arrive the first week in April.

I had to modify these designs slightly to meet Shapeways requirements for minimum wall thicknesses. The small 9mm ID of the nano stem limits what I can do with the space provided and the 3D printer technology available.

That's not going to work.
U need a120v to opperate the nano. That's a12v battery assist .maybe on a 12v log
Power inverter's are cheap.

New to the vape world & long time lurker here..

As i was doing some research I narrowed down my search for my first vape to the E-Nano. I want a strictly at home vape, portablitiy isn't a main concern I just want something that provides a nice cloud & basically best bang for my buck. I already have a water pipe i'll be attaching to it so a gonG will be bought. Other than that is there any other accessories I should look into buying?

Welcome to FC. @midwesttacs congratulations on deciding to Fuck combution.
I would get a extra adjust-a-bowl stem and two gongs lol because accidents happen. But I drop things. Also extra basket screens. Other than that No I don't think you will have a real need for anything else, just meds. What wood did you choose?
